Food is excellent and better than some of the 4&5 star hotels I have stayed in tbhstaff are friendly and helpful , Angela was extremely helpful and even put a couple of meals to the side as we arrived late which was very well appreciated and considerate Definitely recommend this hotel to friends The sea view is exceptional and you also havea garden view which is lovely pool bar is great for drinks and snack10 out of 10 for me this hotel ?

There was nothing we didnt like , great value for money

The staff Laid, Sofiane, Happy, Junior and Sergio were all amazing and made the trip really fun. And the rest of the crew, who unfortunately i never got their names were always there to help with everything i needed. I could not have asked for a better trip.

A kettle and fridge in the room would have been good, as I like coffee in the mornings while im in bed, but going down to the kitchen was fine, so was only a small comment. All else was perfecto!

The area is very good.

Hotel rooms not very well equipped. No kettle or cups etc in room. It should be there.Also no lift to our room, it was hard taking luggage up and down steps.

Location to the beach, facilities, relaxed atmosphere and rules

Pool was freezing, some areas are tired, spa was not free, food was often luke warm- beans were cold everyday! No crisps, nuts or biscuit type snacks

This was by far the worst hotel we have stayed in. The food is minimal and sloppy. We did not have 1 meal. The building is falling apart. The pools are freezing and dirty. There's nothing for children at all. Drinks were very limited and watered down. The staff were rude to my wife and children. We were put in a room on top floor with no lifts with 3 children under 6, that's 4 flights of stars carrying them and cases.

Buffet was good, but a bit repetitive.

I was travelling alone for the first time and staff were so welcoming! i felt so safe as a girl walking around and speaking to everyone, the room was amazing I had a sea view! would definitely book again

I am absolutely happy with the hotel, great value for money. I was upgraded to a suite , the top floor, so no noisy neighbours from upstairs - a huge cherry on top for me

Lightning was not functioning in the bathroom and I was too lazy to call the reception about it

I have been before on Playa Blanca just in different resorts and that one was perfect honestly!!!,I’m travel a lot and this hotel was really good ,extremely clean ,nice polite staff ,good food, funny environment,huge rooms with most comfortable beds I ever had,and beautiful sea view from the room , hotel also has access straight to the sea and 2 outdoor swimming pools , you can easily find your favourite language to speak like Spanish Italian English German France Arabic .Good job guys!! To all of you ,to all staff! and keep going just like that !! 5***** Stars hotel !I be definitely back there ?

The drinks were not that great.

Location was great, Food was good for my partner and me, for other family that we met out there it wasn't so much. room was a good size, clean and staff were all friendly.

Tea/coffee-making facilities in the room, entertainment was poor at night. the first night was great but then not so much the rest of the week.

Staff were fantastic very friendly and food was lovely, our room location was perfect facing the sea and close to everything which was ideal for me staying with 3 young kids

Fan in bedroom didn’t work and neither did the aircon . No tea and coffee facilities in the room, as a single mom this would have been appreciated as I couldn’t leave kids alone to go and get a drink,

Hotel Royal Monica is the only one with its own beach and umbrellas in the whole Playa Blanca. It is a small one that can accommodate about 80 to 100 people. Rest can enjoy the pool area. All other hotels have access to public beaches. Very nice ocean views. Nightly entertainment varied from simple bingo games, and karaoke nights to Rock Music duets, amazing acrobatic shows, and folk dancing.

Ocean water never gets warm enough to enjoy it fully. Only brave once did go in. The same was true with the water temperature in the pool. The Bar staff was not super friendly. It is possible that there was language barrier. I saw French speakers getting along pretty well. All-inclusive bar shots down at 11 pm. No refrigerators in the rooms. Bottom-of-the-shelf liqueur was served.

Food was brilliant plenty of choice.. Need to work on bar staff and cocktails they are far away from reality how they should be...

While the hotel is a little away from the centre, near the lighthouse it was a great way to get my steps in. The most beautiful view. It was exactly what I needed.
