We booked two rooms - a family room and a double room. At first glance, the hotel is ok, but it clearly has a problem with moisture. We were traveling with a one-year-old child and I was afraid that the hotel had fungus under the floor panels, which were clearly raised by moisture. Additionally, there was a very strong smell of chlorine. But that wasn't the worst - my sister and her husband got a double room without a door to the bathroom... The staff didn't see a problem and refused to change the room unless it was for an extra fee. They told us that this was the design, but the evacuation diagrams clearly marked the bathroom door, maybe they ran out of money for it during the renovation?Unfortunately, the complaint with the facility and booking.com did not bring any results.My child had very serious health problems a month after our stay, she was hospitalized for unknown reason, one of the theories was poisoning and now I wonder if it was due to some fungus or chlorine in the Llaut facility... She's ok now, but I don't reccomend travelling with children to this hotel.

We loved our deluxe room with the hot tub and the cleanliness/comfort was super! The staff were very welcoming and helpful also.

Some more toiletries could have been provided and a QR code in the room to order drinks. Except this, our stay was perfect!

The place is not 4 start hotel as what it was advertised on booking. The pictures are not what we experienced there.

The chlorine smell in the room is so strong that even we open the window for several hours didn’t disappear.No proper duvet, although September time is not that cold, but when you open air con you need cover. The bedsheet provided feel sad on your bad. Sticky and not warm.No kettle and the tape water is so salty.

Location was good just walking distance from the beach. Checkin was super easy even when there’s no one in the reception. Breakfast has a good spread of things. The pool is really nice and it’s the only rooftop bar in Can Picafort with amazing sunset views.

For the price paid this hotel needs an iron in the room and a coffee machine or a kettle. There’s a little fridge which is nice but nothing else. Bedding was just a duvet cover without duvet. Breakfast starts at 8:30 so before that there’s no way to get any coffee or tea. The bar is in the same place as the pool. Bar closed on Tuesday so that means no guests from the hotel can use the pool on Tuesday.

We arrived at the hotel to find our key cards and welcome pack with contrasting room numbers. We tried each room number with the cards which did not work. We then called the on-call staff member for assistance who instructed us to try other cards which again, did not work. We then waited an hour for him to attend the hotel, and was given another room key which we tried to use only to find another couple in the room when entering. He then proceeded to tell us there were no rooms available in the hotel, informing us he would have to drive us 30 minutes to another of the hotels in their chain in Alcúdia. We did not arrive at this hotel until 6am after arriving in can picafort shortly after 3:30am. The next day we requested a form of refund for the previous nights disruption, only for the receptionist to respond in a rude & defensive manner and only offered us discounts on already expensive day trips.Only 4 sun loungers on the balcony, not enough for a busy hotel.We attended breakfast at 10:05am each morning, only to find poor remaining supplies of food. This is despite breakfast being advertised as 8:30-10:30.No hand soap provided in the bathroom.

Rooms service cleaned every day, was very appreciated.

The pool area had only 4 sunbeds, where many more could fit in the space, and it was closing fairly early, so there was no place to cool and relax at night. Also, the pool was more like a paddle pool, and you couldn't swim as an adult. Breakfast served the same food every day - not the best value for money. Place has a huge potential, but it is strong 5 of 10.

The location was very convenient. The room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. Lovely roof terrace with great views. There was a pool however not deep enough to swim in. Handy to have pool towels provided.

There was no kettle in the room but you could get drinks downstairs. Even though the shower was powerful it leaked over the floor. We had to use a towel to prevent a slip hazard. The reception was informed.

the room as airy, the bed was comfy, we had a bit of a sea view, good locationthe shower has a glass window straight to the bedroom - fun for couples, not so much for friends or family, I found it amusing haha

the water from the tap and the shower was salty, my hair was looking awful because of this :/, the pool was TINY TINY, with the same salty water - it was disgusting, I think you can find better accommodation at similar prices in the areas around the hotel

The bathroom didn’t have a door and there is a huge window in the shower facing the bathroom. You don‘t get any privacy and especially as friends a really uncomfortable situation. The staff didn’t really try to find a solution and instead of being understanding started yelling at us „this is normal“.

Nice position, quite place and big rooms. Rooms are new with coffe machine, towel also for the beach are available.The overall facility is in a quite area. Parking around the structure is easy. The position of the hotel is close to the port and beach are available 500 meters away.

The room was too hot, air conditioning is not enough to keep the room cool. Sunset will keep the room hot, curtains should be always close to avoid the heating of the room.

air con wasn’t working on full and it was difficult to set it up, luckily we didn’t spend much time in the hotel so we were fine with it

hotel-price is double the local average. the set dinner (5 course) is served without price-list meaning the waiter charges whatever he wants, in my case euro 90 for 2 persons, once again about double the price of surrounding restaurants.

We didn't book breakfast. We asked about vegan breakfast but it only seemed that fruit would be available for a vegan breakfast and at €13 it wasn't a good deal. There was no further offer to cater for our dietry needs unfortunately.

There was no rooftop bar as advertised and the "pool" is only 70cm. I think this should be made more clear. We stayed in a room with jacuzzi on the balcony. It was good, however, if all jacuzzi rooms were being used the hot water was in short supply if everyone wanted to fill their jacuzzis at the same time. Paying extra for the jacuzzi room one woukd expect enough hot water for all on demand.

We liked the rooftop very much! The hotel has a breakfast agreement with a connected restaurant, the breakfast was good!

There were mold in several places in our room - and it was always very humid.

The hotel is located close to marina and restaurants. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Breakfast is available at the restaurant right next to the hotel. Rooftop pool is opened up to 10 p.m. which is great.

It was really private and small. It was not far from the centrum about 5/10 min walk next to the beach.

The cleaning was not great. We had a few times where our room was “cleaned” but no clean towels. Which we were told to put on the floor so you could get new ones. Also mutiple times if something was on your nightstand and they were cleaning it was tuked into a corner. I had my dress on the bed so I could were it in the evening and it was on the floor in the corner completely dirty and the same with my marc jacobs bag. Other then the cleaning everything was good!

It’s good for parking as you can park anywhere outside the hotel

I am really surprised by the high ratings of this place, probably one of the worst i’ve stayed in for a while and no way is it a 4 star. The room is really basic, they don’t even give you a handsoap in the bathroom. There are no amenities, no iron, no coffee machine. The double bed is actually 2 single beds pushed together. The shower leaks and floods all the bathroom. You can tell this has been a problem for a while because the bathroom doorand floor have water damage and i also saw other guests raised it in their reviews. It’s impossible to speak to any staff, the reception is always empty. When we finally saw someone on on day 3 and we told them about the shower they said “we’ll give you more towels to dry the floor”. That is not a good solution. The wifi is terrible and it’s impossible to work or stream anything. The swimming pool is tiny, if more than 6 people get in it becomes awkward because everyone is so near. Even the cleaning is bad, the beds were half made with no effort. Considering the price this all adds up to be a terribe experience. I definitely would not recommend.
