The location: the beach is a little jewel, ideal with kids because the sandy beach extends into the water with low water and is only a short walk from the rooms / main resort area. It is well taken care of (though lots of algae to access the water and there are lounge chairs/umbrellas with a mini safe built in (there’s an extra cost, a bit surprising for a 5star resort). We were there early September and not many tourists on the beach, it was enchanting. The buffet food at breakfast and dinner was of great quality and staff was friendly and helpful! Luciano and the valet crew, Alberto and the front desk ladies (sorry I didn’t retain the names) were very helpful! Same experience at the restaurant with perhaps one exception. Overall everyone was clearly making an effort to go above and beyond under the close supervision of the management, very attentive!The band on Saturday night was also particularly talented!

It was a pity that some of the thermal bath facilities were not working and that the main pool was not super clean.. not entirely the fault of the hotel, rather likely people ignoring the instructions and getting into the water coming directly from the sea, not using towels.

What I really liked was how friendly and helpful the staff were—they made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. Both the director and subdirector were especially warm and approachable, which added a personal touch to the experience. Their attentiveness made a big difference and really stood out.What truly stood out during our stay was the warm, home-like feeling that surrounded us from the moment we arrived. It wasn’t just about comfort—it was the way the staff greeted us with genuine smiles, remembered our preferences, and made an effort to check in with us regularly. The atmosphere felt relaxed and familiar, almost like staying with close friends or family. The director and subdirector were especially kind and approachable, always present and engaged, which added a very personal touch. That level of care and attention created a sense of belonging that you rarely find in a hotel. It’s the kind of place where you feel at ease, welcomed, and cared for—not just a guest, but part of something warmer.

The hotel is truly a great 5star hotel. The amenities (spa, indoor and outdoor pools, kids room, every night live music etc), the choice and quality of the food (with daily delicious options at the diner buffet with loads of made to order choices) but most of all the superfriendly and accommodating staff is what made the experience a sure five stars.

Some might say the hotel in some spots doesnt look brand new. While perhaps true, the room we stayed at felt pretty new and/or well maintained.

The location it’s exceptional, but the staff it’s the best value ! Everyone so friendly and caring ! From the reception to the managers and breakfast staff.Food is amazing, specially the quality of the fresh fruit . Hopefully, we will go back !

A splendid hotel! The staff were extremely welcoming and responsive, going out of their way to make our stay special and ensuring that every request is met promptly. The buffet was delightful and offered a wide variety of cuisine.The location provides a stunning visual of the sea and easy access to the beach, perfect for walks.This was a relaxing and memorable experience, highly recommended.

The staff were making that place amazing. They made effort to make you feel welcome and attend to any requests instantly. The location was great and entertainment was lovely and didn’t last till late into the night but finished at reasonable time.

It’s a little bit old, and the pool could be warmer, and some of the facilities in spa didn’t work but not really inconvenient

Superb range of dishes at breakfasts and dinners, closeness of lovely beach, delightful bistro looking over the beach, quality spa facilities, varied wellness offerings, friendliness and helpfulness of the team. closeness to the Parc Natural de s'Albufera so excellent for viewing wildlife (including flamingos). We also visited Cap de Formentor to see Eleonora's falcons. We recorded over 80 species of birds and saw fish, dragonflies and flowering plants. High environmental aims, recycling etc.

We couldn't think about anything, except a reminder to take some insect repellant!

The hotel is really amazing. The staff so friendly and trying to help every minute. The beach area also very nice, the view and the sea. Room was clean, the nreakfast one of my greatest that I have had. Location also very good, because it isn’t near the crowdy streets, but also very near to everything.

Only one thing was, that I missed the body lotion in the room :)

The hotel is exceptional in every way. It is so luxurious and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. We don’t tend to re-visit places as there is so much of the world to see but we have been here 3 times. The food is truly amazing, with an unbelievable choice. Ideal for families and children of all ages.

The hotel is modern and spacious and the rooms were great. Dinner and Breakfast were buffet style and had plenty of choice of great quality food. Staff were very helpful.

Although open at 8am the Spa area was unattended and the Sauna was turned off. We gave up on trying to use it. However, a staff member was very keen to rectify things and work out how to turn it on and it heated up surprisingly quickly. They then came and found us to let us know the sauna was available.

The staff was just amazing. Level of service was like in highend hotels in dubai, maldives or turkey. Dinner is exceptional. Hotel Manager Pilar and her team make sure all guest are happy with everything.

Property itself is aged, like most others in the area

Before booking we were a bit wondering if it’s really worth and we weren’t disappointed !We stayed there 3 nights in a suite and really had an amazing stay ! The rooms have been recently renovated and our suite was big, very clean, well furnished, so just perfect. The musts are the friendly staff, the amazing breakfast (selection and high quality), the swimming pools and the spa. Thanks for providing this many sunbeds (always clean) and umbrellas so that we always find a spot ! The hotel is only a few steps from the beach and you can easily drive to the neighboring towns (alcudia, pollença) to visit and enjoy dinner outside if you’d like to.We can’t recommend this hotel enough, thank you for everything. We really had a wonderful time and we’ll definitely be back !

The only thing to improve would be the free parking which can sometimes be full, but the friendly valet always finds a spot for you :) the rest was perfect.

Activities are nice. I enjoyed the water bike. For kids there are quite few options for activities. Staffs are very nice. Beach is nice. Food is very good

The carpet in the corridor is very old. And the shampoo etc not really a five stars standard better bring your own

This is an amazing hotel: wonderful food, very helpful friendly staff, spotlessly clean, great facilities. The beach is wonderful and on the doorstep. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough.

Absolutely nothing.

Staff were very friendly, the food was excellent, the access to the beach was easy, pool temperature was just perfect. Not as posh as I thought which was a positive surprise. Family hotel feeling.

There were only hair and shower gel as one product available. No conditioner, no body cream. For a 5 stars hotel I would expect to have available, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body cream available. I was not aware that the chair and umbrella at the beach had to be rented apart from the hotel.
