Garden Saladina - Adults Only

Property was beautiful! Felt like a spa!Caty at the front desk was amazing and so helpful. Location was perfect .15 min walk to Muro beach and 13 min to the bus stop. Took bus it into Alcúdia old town and to the port.

Location: Approx 15 min to the sandy beach.Nice terrace with your own sunbeds and umbrella (be careful in the evenings with mosquitoes). Cozy area with a pool and palm trees.We liked the bracelet with a chip instead of a card to open the door.Be ready that until 22.00 there is usually noisy live music or quizzes, but afterwards is quiet.People are very nice, all conversations are very pleasant.

The disappointing thing is the dirty dishes. This is not an isolated case. Every day at breakfast we looked for clean dishes.The glasses had lipstick stains on them. The plates were greasy or had traces of food on them.Seems that chefs do think that the hard part of pineapple is edible, so when you get a small cube of pineapple try to guess if you will need to eat around the hard part or not (please just cut them in quarters or some other way so it would be easier).We left some food in our room open, so ants quickly appeared in our room, better to store the food only in the small fridge.Tennis court has curves and edges, so the ball can jump in other ways than expected.

The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast spread was excellent. We loved having multiple on-site options for lunch and dinner, plus so many activities available without ever leaving the property. We received a complimentary day at the sun beds was such a thoughtful touch and made our trip feel extra special. The pool was large, super clean, and incredibly relaxing. Our room was spotless, and the whole atmosphere was peaceful — truly a perfect holiday. It was also conveniently close to local markets and restaurants in town.

Location was in walking distance to the main bus station going to the airport. The swimming pool was very big, so never felt crowded. The rooms were a generous size with comfortable beds. Staff was welcoming. Felt like a small community of townhouses rather than a hotel. No screaming children. Nice pool bar and BBQ.

The breakfast and buffet dinners weren't very good. "Airport Shuttle" on their booking.com profile seems to just be for marketing, as their airport shuttles are never available, leading me to question whether or not they have any at all. Not a big deal though, as the public transport takes about an hour from the airport and stops very close to the hotel.

Room was silent.

Bathroom was not clean , there were hair when we arrived! Breakfast is very low quality: i would prefer less options and better quality

The Garden Holiday Village is great place on the map of Mallorca! We really enjoyed our stay in September. Big advantage that is adult only so you have guarantee that your stay will be calmly and full of chill. The rooms are cleaned every day and you have fresh towels. Very good breakfasts with wide range of choices - everyone will find something! Delicious coffee! The location is also big advantage - it is away from the main streets which ensures peace and quiet and you have a 1km walk to the beach.You can arrange your time at hotel with swimming pool, gym, tennis, plays with animator (greetings to Jakub! ?) and great musician evenings.

I think that bathrooms could be refreshed.. Somewhere you can find damaged tiles and traces of moldIn our friends room (in a separate house) there was smelly in the bathroom during all stay..

The atmosphere in the hotel is quiet, peaceful and relaxing, exactly what we were looking for. Adults only, no loud music, no crowds. If you are looking for a party mode, then this place is not for you. I like the app and the digital upgrade the hotel had. It's nice to have some activities and evening shows. Plenty of sunbeds near the pool and the territory of the hotel is green and well maintained.The service in the restaurant is very good, the staff is working hard, waiters clean the plates very quickly.The animator is great fun and he tries his best to build a good atmosphere.If the spa facilities would be upgraded, with a heated pool and a jacuzzi, sauna next to it, better quality of food, it could actually be a nice 5 star hotel.

The food is average. Yes, there is always a choice of dishes and we always managed to find some nice dishes, black paella was really nice, baked spinach with cheese. But overall the quality of the products is 3 out of 5. Cold charcuterie is average, only sobrasada looked decent. One evening they were cooking on a grill iberian pork which I was very excited about, but unfortunately it was tough and flavourless. If you ever had iberian pork in a good restaurant, you know what I mean. Also, during dinner there are no drinks at all, not even water is included. I would suggest to reduce the selection of dishes and invest to upscale the quality of the products.Also, the outdoor pool and jacuzzi are not heated, the water was too cold to swim.Sauna is wierdly located upstairs near the gym and needs to be booked. No one uses it due to it being located in a wrong place. If there would be a sauna next to jacuzzi and a pool, it will be a victory.Reception team could be friendlier. There was one super lovely and friendly young girl with dark long hair (unfortunately, I didn't catch her name), she checked us in a very friendly manner and was very warm and welcoming. Unfortunately, I have a problem with my knee and I was in pain. Our room was on the first floor with stairs. I came to speak to Reception to change the room to the ground floor. The lady with ginger hair said I need to pay more to upgrade as they didn't have the same room category on the ground floor. I was not keen to pay more for the ground floor. I explained that due to the knee injury I struggled to take the suitcase upstairs and when we check out I will struggle to bring it downstairs. She told me not to worry at all and when I check out, they can send people to help me.

The personal was the best! The everyday new gummies at the reception (especially if you’re a cyclist) were tops notch! Also, it was great how close the hotel was to the beach

The hotel rooms could be modernised, especially bathrooms, the minor issues could be repaired

Would have liked some music after the entertainment had finished as it kinda encouraged people to leave and would have liked to stay out longer. For example make sure of the indoor bar

Our whole stay was amazing , from the friendly staff who were so helpful , the location is perfect . The pool is so clean . Our experience was great , it’s our 3rd time to stay in the garden holiday and we will definitely be back .

The hotel has a very nice pool area, beautiful surroundings, games, activities and shows every day. Breakfast and dinner buffet was quite okay, plenty of options for vegetarians. Pleasant personnel.

The standard of the rooms and the facilities is quite poor, everything is old. On the second day we needed to change the room because of the terribly strong and sour sewage like smell which was strongest at night, but could be smelled in the room throughout the day. Was a nightmare to sleep or stay inside the room, really destroyed the mood. Second room still had the smell, but a mild one. We thought at first it came from pipes, but concluded in the end it must be air conditioning, which by the way can't be adjusted manualy as the whole air conditioning system is ancient. Cleaning personell didn't do a great job either, we could still feel sand/dirt on the floor, beds were not made etc. And the mosquitoes are everywhere.

Good breakfasts, there is a lot to choose from, and part of the menu changes daily. Beautiful territory and pools, comfortable sunbeds. A 15-minute walk to the beach.

The cutlery and plates were not the cleanest I have seen.

I enjoyed almost everything but what I liked the most was the amount of space, the pool and most of the staff members.

Two things went wrong in the trip:- The decorative pillows in the bedroom were full of Acarus and my boyfriend got some skin allergy to them.- The two youngest ladies in the receptionist were not very friendly and even tried to manipulate information to us, really poor experience with them.

Everything is cleaned every day, both inside and outside :) We had breakfasts and we also had a few dinners and everything is really very tasty - we could also try local products :) and during the day the hotel organizes various types of entertainment, so some of them surprised us nicely :) you do a great job - thank you again :)

Everything was great, very nice hotel. We liked the most how quiet it was, you can really sleep well and relax. Breakfast was good. There is a big swimming pool. Parking is available. Just to mention that there is a lot of mosquitos, so bring some repellent. There is mosquito net on the windows, but also you need to keep terrace doors closed during the night.

My bedsheets were not changed for the full week I was there. There was a stain on it so I could tell it was never changed. Room was infested with hundreds of mosquitos for one night. Had to get spray off the reception and cover my room with it.
