the bath was disgusting full of rust couldnt use it room 310 shower was old ants in room no toiletries in room you have to keep asking at reception not very helpfull balcony are very small they only good thing is near beach

* the view from our balcony was awesome* great location, literally on the beach, close to the main street too, many shops and restaurants * breakfast was pretty decent* Argentinian waiter (sorry, didn't catch the name) from the restaurant was great; very friendly and hard working * there was a fridge in the room

* the hotel looks like it's falling apart, it's in a desperate need of renovation. The door handle was barely hanging, to close the door we've had to literally lift them up and push them in. Ceiling in the bathroom was leaking. Drawers in the closet were falling apart.* cleaning crew was not at their best to say at least. During our 4 nights stay the room was cleaned only once and towels were not even changed. Once, I've met a cleaning lady in a hall at 11.00 who told me that there will be "no cleaning today". Next day we left a nice tip in the room hoping that finally someone will show up but unfortunately, it didn't happen.* small shower, mold and limescale all over it. Shower curtain was too short and water from the shower was going all around the bathroom floor.

We didn’t have a balcony so the room had very little natural light and the remote did not work even when batteries were replaced so we could not use the TV at night time.

Beautiful location very clean lovely pool area with lots of umbrellas for shade nice eating area inside and out on terrace. Good choice of food . Lovely helpful staff

Sometimes food overcooked and cold. Rooms very small and difficult to move around.im bathroom miniscule and difficult for anyone mobility difficulties.

The bathroom is really tiny, an adult person has a lot of difficulty using the bathroom and taking a shower.

I have been in a single room which wasn't too big but it is nice and comfortable for one person. The staff were really nice and the room was always clean. The breakfast was good.

The dinner was disappointing. They didn't have many choices and because I don't like fish it was even harder to pick, not to mention that they weren't too delicious either. Except for the cakes, they were nice.

Arrived late at night extremely hungry. They offered us food at midnight and were super helpful. Staff was exceptional; especially Andre.

Probably because of a lot of people in the hotel, wifi connection is unfortunately quite poor. If you planned to work in the day, and enjoy the beach afterwards, this probably won't work

No fridge or kettle etc in the room. Tea and coffee self help only available at breakfast. Food not always hot.

The water pressure is excellent. The room was really clean and the location is excellent.

The shower curtain is not placed conveniently, the water always drips out on the floor and you cannot open the curtain all the way because it is blocked.The room is really dark and you can't leave the curtains open because other rooms look directly on the bed.

Amazingly quiet for a hotel so centrally placed. Room was bit cramped, but beds very comfortable, and superb breakfasts!

Smell of urine in bathroom although looked clean perhaps cloths used for cleaning needed cleaning!! Room a bit cramped, would prefer less crowded place.

The location was amazing. Also, people from the reception were kind and helpful, even though the hotel itself does not have a reception (you have to go to js canpicafort in front of js horitzo). The cleaning service was not bad.

The a/C leaks water, and if you let it on for a couple of hours it starts to smell really bad. The bathroom does not have a drain, so the whole room looked like Venice every day when I took a shower. The last day, the cleaning service did not let towels for me, which I found out seconds after I took my morning shower. That was not fun at all.

I really enjoyed beachfront property. Balcony was awesome with the view straight to the sea. Good breakfast with plenty of food to choose from. Thank you :)

Beachfront, and the food was the only thing that saved this vacation from being the worst ever experienced!

Old run down hotel and not sure how this hotel got 3 stars.... On booking.com it showed "This comfortable, air-conditioned room comes with a balcony"... Well it came with a balcony the rest was a lie as the room was not comfortable and air-condition not working well...

- location on the beach- very nice and friendly staff- breakfast with sea view- rooms are cleaned every day- towels are changed as many times as you require- air conditioning was excellent and you can leave it on for the day- all rooms have a line to dry your towels/swimming suits

- old furniture- old bathrooms with a curtain for the shower- very small balconies and very small rooms - pool is shared with 3 other hotels- breakfast can be better quality food- expensive for what they offer- no parking- quite noisy

Location is next to the beach and small town where all the shops and restaurants are.

After taking a shower, the bathroom and hotel room were flooded, because the shower curtain was too short. It took 2 out of the 4 days to fix this.They should not sell their tiny rooms to 3 persons. It its allready small with 2 beds. Rooms are very noisy. You can hear everything around you. Breakfast staff are stressed and are projecting this unto their customers.
