Property offered all inclusive, which was nice? Great breakfast choices, great lunch & dinner choices. Lots of variety. Nice and relaxing pool and sauna area with bungalows. Staff was diverse, which was good and walking distance to the ocean beach. Also bus line was near, so you can explore the area via bus.

Need more diversity as far as visitors.

Friendly and funny staff!Good drinks, good food and drinks.Its a shop right outside the hotell. We had a suite and the best experience ever. The hotell is 10/10 clean, i dont know what more to say other than WOW… We had an amazing stay!

The views from the balcony were were nice, pool and sea , breakfast has large choice of food and even the champagne, the personnel was helpful. Very good price-quality value. I liked everything about my stay. Can recommend this hotel

Junior suite was roomy, contemporary furnished, especially liked the bathroom. Sea view was lovely. Very nice pool area.

We decided to make this a 3 centre holiday in similar rated hotels. Of the 3 the food here was the worst. Repetitive and cheap grilled items every meal time. The dining room felt cramped, low ceilings and little light. Was the most expensive of the 3 hotels.

Good quality of the room. Meals were tasty and with great variety. Lovely view from the sky bar.

Clean very helpful staff great facilities

The hotel was very clean, and the reception staff were exceptionally kind, polite, friendly, and helpful. The bed was comfortable, and the food was also quite good. However, the only disappointment was the inability to get water in a jug or bottle from the restaurant or bar, despite having an all-inclusive package. Thankfully, the wonderful reception staff managed to provide some for us. I had intended to return, but I would like to be able to fully benefit from the all-inclusive service I paid for.

All the staff were amazing, reception, restaurant, bar and room service. The food was great in the buffet. Room was fantastic, spacious, clean and with amazing views.

Unfortunately, the day we chose to use the spa it was a rainy afternoon and the pool was so packed with young children we couldn’t get in

Very busy at dinner as the hotel holds many guests. Car parking was at a minimum and I stayed out of season!

The location is good, close to the beach, 10 min walk. The room was cleaned every day. The staff at the reception is really nice and helpful. The food very good at b-fast and dinner, good variety.

The water in the pool is very cold, so not many people go in the pool. Except for that we enjoyed our stay here.

We were surprised with an upgrade to a junior suite which was fantastic. It was lovely and spacious with a large sunny balcony. The staff were all friendly and helpful as nothing was too much bother. Great facilities and location.

The breakfast was very busy with tables and chairs too close together which was a pain when you had to keep moving for people to pass whilst trying to eat your breakfast.

The food was great, many options to choose from and everything was tasty. Lot of space to park the car behind the hotel. Supermarket nearby.

Poor daily cleaning, the terrace was never cleaned during our stay of 10days. We had to ask for shampoo and shower gel at the reception as cleaning lady did not leave any for us.

I liked the hotel, pool area lovely plenty of space.Room good ? food excellent.

Shower tray leaked in the room, some sunbeds were tired at the pool area. Needed replaced.Smoking was too close to main bar area, walking through the smoke is not ideal especially for children and babies. Some slippy surfaces around the garden areas/ pool.

No coffee station in the room

All staff tries to ensure that customer satisfaction will be high even though it was quite crowded.Foods arrangements and quality is really good.Entartainment team is great

I just did not like location of toilet in my room which is squezed tp a small place.Location is little far from the beach but it is nice walking Inwould expect two botles of water in the room daily since it is all inclusive . The water they provide at the bar has really different taste which I am not used to.

The breakfast was so nice. There were a lot of choices. The coffee, omelet and bread were also loved them. Swimming pool is also nice and big enough

Very sweet reception people - spanish lady with black hair and elder man with white hair, sorry, don't remember names. Both very nice people. Also loved staff in dinning room. Food, as always - excellent, it was seafood night, my husband was amazed of choices.Kids loved pizza.Lovely sea view from 13ths floor.

It takes a long time to get a drink on dinner time. Cola, fanta, sprite don't taste good.Cold water in swimming pool and jacuzzi.
