Everything was perfect, no kids, everything clean and staff always smiling, amazing food drinks, bars, snacks .. probably one of the best hotels we've ever been in.

The breakfast was amazing and we got upgraded to a suite with a jacuzzi on our balcony!!! Loved it

Location was very odd not much around but not a reflection on the hotel.

Big open spaces never felt crowded. Very well staffed and organized: how to get pool towels, rent bikes, etc. Big bar with games felt cool & casual . Parking free on street (busy street but I found a spot 2 nights). Easy walk to a great beach. Great Last Minute Deal on Booking

I've asked for a room change since my original room placement was 1st floor right above the bar.Hotel reception person was superhelpful and changed my room rightaway.

Many drinks were not included in all inclusive rate. Food was not good quality and food is only available in short windows. Jacuzzi was not clean when we arrived. The room smelled bad in 2 rooms we stayed in. You have to pay a deposit for towels which is inconvenient. No room service and spa services are not included in all inclusive rate.

Very clean (except the pool) and nicely laid out.

Ducks in the pool which seemed to leave a green foam around the top of the water. Food and drinks were basic. No atmosphere. The 'town' is a bland. Honestly I should have just done more research - this is perfect for people who like to wake up, put a towel on a lounger and not think for the rest of the day.

The receptionist Joan was brilliant and upgraded us. Rooms excellent. Breakfast excellent. A little break of 2 days in a fabulous hotel

Overall really nice hotel with lovely staff and lots of activities. Lovely food too.

One downside is that for a whole week of our stay we could not get a bed at the pool as towels were already placed on them by 06:30 in the morning. Beds are also extremely close to each other I guess to try and accommodate the number of guests but surely nobody wants to touch someone else while sunbathing. Hotel could do a little more to ensure guests are not violently bitten by mosquitos all evening especially around the pool/entertainment terrace.

Had an absolutely great time here. Lovely room, nice staff, enjoyed the activities and entertainment. I will definitely go back.

The food was average

Perfect location of the hotel- close to the bus station Las Gravitas (10minutes). I used the bus from the Palma airport and it was easy to go to the hotel. Great service-last day of my stay I needed the car rental and in 15 minutes everything was solved by the receptionist. Breakfast is delicious, variaty of the food, including the typical Mallorca´s dish. Clean room, I had beautiful view on the garden. I would recommend the massages in this hotel. Masser therapist is excellent and helped me a lot with my back pain. The hotel room was quiet.

Not much to say. Just minor things, not really the issues. I would appreciate the kettle in the room. The inside pool was cold for me.

The design of the hotel was lovely, just some details weren’t quite to my personal standards, like the mirror in the room was damaged, toilet seat was stained yellow ish and some corners of the wallpaper were peeling of for example in the dining room area. But this were just noticeable up close

The spa center

Small rooms for 2 and the bathroom door which is transparent and therefore inconvenient if you switch on the light at night and the other person is still sleeping. No water fountains for free which is very strange in a time where water should be free and plastic free!

Room, pool, location, staff, food

Air conditioning was set only to warm or off, management informed that they cannot turn cooling on because other guests may not be comfortable.They offered us a fan instead which helped improving the sweating situation overnight a little bit.

The fact that there were no kids and you can just relax everywhere you go in this hotel. I loved how clean it felt. The staff was really friendly and kind.

That the indoor pool was cold, I thought that because it's an inside pool it would be warm, there's also a jacuzzi inside of it, but it was very cold to get in.

We had a fun holiday, but not because of the hotel. A few good things... the beaches nearby are stunning. Easy to reach from the airport via direct bus. Beds were comfy. Paella was always available and was delicious- the most edible thing in the hotel. All-inclusive includes quite a variety of drinks and fresh-made cocktails. The fitness teacher was great, and the live entertainment (Motown singers) were fantastic.

Maybe because it was the end of the season (the hotel closed on the day we checked out), but the food was a big disappointment. Poor quality, bland, repetitive... not good enough for this price range. The staff mostly seemed tired & disinterested, and the general vibe of the place was just pretty depressing. Indoor pool in the spa is NOT heated, and just as cold as the outdoor pools. Again- maybe in high season, things are different, but in shoulder season I would not choose this hotel again. We were glad that we only stayed 3 days and not longer.

It is a beautiful, well-designed property. The room was pretty spacious, with a great view, and we enjoyed a show program in the evening. Some staff members we met were nice, helpful and polite. Considering that we've booked with a discounted price, good value for money we paid.

Cleanliness - could be better. Many staff members were super rude and not friendly. On the check-out day housekeeping knocked on the door and entered the room immediately. They left at the same moment but woke us up already. And also were very loud, screaming to each other. We couldn't sleep anymore and it was in general disturbing. Not critical - but SPA facilities could be open longer. They close at 8 pm, which is too early for guests being on vacation.

When we entered the hotel we smelled a wonderful fragrance in the air. The interior design is amazing. Our suite on the third floor was breathtaking. The beach is approx. 5-10 min on foot. Me and my wife are vegetarian and we loved our breakfast and dinner very much. Excellent, healthy and plenty of food!!! We highly recommend it!
