Buffet was good and each individual food item tasted nice but we never felt like we were having a meal - lots of various food types with nothing that really went together. Also, we were not allowed tap water at evening meal for half board unless paying?? We brought our own water down and this was always ok so no real dramas

the all inclusive cocktails are quite varied which is always nice. the buffet was quite good as well.. it was my partner's birthday and when i mentioned it they made a make-shift cake and some decorations which was quite lovely.

the beds were a bit uncomfortable we wanted a double bed but we got 2 single beds pushed together which was a bit awkward to sleep on. otherwise pretty much everything else was great

I loved the breakfast! Tony and Pepito made the best omeletts ! Theres was a lot of different pastries, breads, fruits, eggs, etc! Also, there was a lot of variety during the dinners. Everyone was super nice and helpful, the room met our expectations and the hotel is near the beach, so you can go there by walking. The water is amazing!

There is no free water for the dinner, if you are not in a 'everything included' regime, you need to pay to drink water during the dinner.

The hotel offers the possibility to request a lunchbox which is nice but it only comes with an apple, a pear, two small cheeses, two small cakes, a mini baguette, two slices of sandwich bread, two slices of mortadella, two of chorizo, and one of cheese. For those who are lactose intolerant, they remove items like the cheeses, the two small cakes, and the chorizo (??). The lunchbox could have more diversity of things or the hotel could give you a possibility to chose things that you like for the lunchbox A lot of bugs which is normal because the hotel is close to a river. You will need to bring a repellent but still not enough to prevent bug bites

The rooms were clean and they have daily cleaning service. Food had enough variety, all the staff was extra nice and always smiling. The best part was seeing them improve in small details: better pool snack, ending dinner a bit later.Definitely worth the money!

The staff was amazing from aetana at the reception to Vanessa at the bar and Franco the waiter. I really loved their professionality but also the way they interacted with us. I hope to find more employees like them.

The shortage of lifts for the size of the hotel.If I'm picky then room was a little small.The unfortunate smell from the lake.

This hotel completely exceeded all our expectations. Impressive as a 3-star hotel and far superior to other 4-star hotels where we stayed in Mallorca the previous year. We went with half board and everything was perfect in terms of breakfast and dinner and always with plenty of variety and options. Regarding the room, cleaning was carried out daily. The staff was always very friendly and helpful, which made the hotel atmosphere very familiar. We couldn't ask for more about the location, next to a lake, where we could have a great view during our meals and very close to Playa del Muro. We consider this hotel to have an excellent price/quality ratio and we are already thinking about repeating it next year.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The location was quite close to beach.They provided umbrellas and extra towels for the beach.

There was a terrible smell inside the hotel and it usually started afternoons.The coffee tasted terrible.There was no liquid soap in the room’s toilet.

The rooms were a little small compared to other hotels. Aircon wasn’t very strong. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was immaculate. No mosquitos in the room or other bugs despite them being everywhere outside. You could actually open the balcony without getting swarmed by bugs. Pleasant stay.

Room size was small

We had two rooms booked for the start of our holiday before we went to our villa and on the last night before our flights. When we arrived at the start we were told that there was no room but we were to stay in their sister hotel which was 4 star. They paid for a taxi for us and the hotel was lovely. Stayed at this one on the last night and a really good three star hotel and the breakfast was lovely.

Evening entertainment was just a guy playing some tunes would have liked a singer or a band

I like the room, there was enough space and it was tidy. The balcony overlooked the pool which was nice. My highlight was probably the breakfast buffet - it was really good! There was also lots of free on-street parking which worked well for our rental car.

The rooms were not very sound proof and both mornings we unfortunately were woken up early to a baby crying. I also didn't find the bed very comfortable, and couldn't get the AC to work properly so I was a bit too warm.

Food was very tasty. Hotel staff always polite and helpful. Playa de Muro beach is exceptional 10/10 Confortable bathroom with nice shower

Very noisy rooms. Our room was the first on the corridor and closest to the stairs. Noise until midnight. There is a cabaret with night shows very loud too. Not recommended if you are a light sleeper. Towels should be renewed. More than one had holes on them. Beach towels are offered but only 2x week. I would prefer to pay a small fee and be able to use fresh towels every day for the beach. Rooms are quite small.

Air conditioning seems to be very old & not cleaned properlywhen switched ON has been blowing musty terrible smell into air in you room

The hotel is a 10 min walk from Plajta de Muro, the staff are very welcoming and respectful, the cleanliness of the room was impeccable. Let’s not forget about the breakfast buffet (the food was various and very delicious, was worth it)

The AC in the room is facing the bed, I tried to change the direction of the vents and lower fans but it kept hitting me directly, plus when I opened the balcony door, an unpleasant smell came from outside, I think because my room was facing the lake
