Very bad old hotel with rude staff.This hotel does not deserve more than 2 stars. The staff in the dining room hardly understand English, aggressive, rude, especially the women who work in the dining room. Rooms are old, elevators do not work. If you are with a child categorically do not recommend this hotel. I travel a lot but I have never seen such bad staff, food and old 4 star hotels. Very very bad. The kitchen constantly stinks of burnt bread through the fact that in the toaster stuck bread and smoke throughout the dining room, the staff does not react in any way, children because of this cough. I can not believe how people can write that the dining room staff is very friendly, they are rude, never smile, do not notice people, do not know English, this is the worst staff that I have seen in my life. They should be cleaning the streets, not working with the people in the hotel. Wifi does not work at all. The price in this hotel though cheap but I categorically do not recommend to spoil your vacation and stay in this terrible hotel.

We have stayed one week in Picafort Palace late September, everything was perfect. Location - 10 min. walk to the seaside, good breakfast, friendly staff. Every evening there were some shows.I can highly recomment this hotel. We had a room with balcony, with a view to a swimming pool.

It’s our second stay here. Prices have gone up, but the rooms feel unchanged. A refresh—especially in the kitchen—would be welcome. The reception staff weren’t very friendly, a more positive attitude would help. We requested early check-in, which wasn’t available. We arrived 7 minutes before the official time and still had to wait until the exact minute, and then the key didn’t work. Minor issues, but overall a less positive experience than last time.

Difficult to park and the rooms need an update( old kitchen, old TV and old decorations. No WiFi in the rooms

Easily accesible from all the northern roads, plenty of parking spaces round around the hotel, lots of facilities, good breakfast and all in all a good hotel to sleep in if you’re a family. Nice pool and cheap towels 1.5 euro / change.

Everything aside from the gym and indoor swimming pool is dated (DATED). The AC is a bit of an issue (room 3113 had only one of the ACs working, lobby AC is a joke..) and the maintainance staff has no common sense. They were mowing the grass for 4 horrible days, starting from 7AM under our balcony. Also the staff could use some English speakers. Very hard to communicate with.

Big room with enough space for 4 people.Nice location (around 5-10 minutes from the beach). Big swimming pool with a lot of entertaining activities for adults and kids during the day. Every night there is a mini-disco and a show.. Amazing job and effort from Maria and the team working day and night in the swimming pool area and restaurant (they were always helpful and friendly even if working with 35-40degC!)

The hotel was very nice for a family with kids. The apartment was big enough and the beds comfortable. The room was cleaned every day.The breakfast was diverse enough to have your pick and not get bored for the entire duration of the stay.We really enjoyed the swimming pool (both the big and the baby pool). Me and my son also appreciated the football pitch which we used every day. The great thing is that it's surrounded by trees and bushes so we got shade while playing , which was very much appreciated.I also liked that they have an onsite convenience store which stayed open late, so when we did get back late in the evening from our trips we would always find it open and buy some snacks and drinks.

The hotel does offer free Wifi but it's either very slow or sometimes it takes a while to work. I personally used my roaming data plan as it was quite frustrating to get any work done on the hotel Wifi. There's also a paid option from what I remember, but I didn't use it.We also had a rental car and even though they have parking spots on the hotel grounds and right outside, during the evenings, especially in the weekend, it could be a challenge to find a free spot nearby. If you don't move your car every day like we did, this probably won't bother you too much though.

Spacious room, balcony and bathroom. Good sound isolation. 4 star facilities, big pool and fun kids only pool. Plenty of activities. Friendly staff.

The room didn't feel humid but it had humidity spots all over the bedroom walls and across the bathroom ceiling. The hotel is 4 stars because of its facilities, but the apartments are 3 stars. Outdated kitchen with dirty dishes, pans, cutlery and dishes. Did not have a sponge to clean the dishes. The room's floor was not clean when we arrived, it still had a lot of dand and dust. The bar had expensive food and drinks, with subpar quality

Night animations could be little longer.

1. The food was exceptional! We were at All Inklusive and the Lunch and Dinner was everyday different and everytime delicious!2. The Restaurant personal were all very friendly and very nice with us especially with the kids! Paying attention to details and concentrating on pleasing the customer! 3. The hotel room was exactly like in the pictures. Nice and cosy made. Spacious and equipped with everything that is needed. The cleaning ladies came everyday to clean the room and change the towels! Very few hotels are doing this so really really very much appreciated!4. The swimming pool was very big and warm. Lots of chairs and tables for everybody to enjoy it!5. For the All Inklusive package we really had everything that we needed. Good food and a variety of drinks for adults and kids from which you can choose.6. Last but definitely not least, I want to thank and appreciate the most the Animation Crew! You guys are a really nice team and everyday lots of activities for the kids, lots of games and lots of fun. My kids were more then happy everyday and enjoyed it a lot. Thank you for this and really appreciate the way you treat and play and take care of the kids!

Honestly nothing major to say that we didn't liked...only to check a little bit the rooms where some reparations must be made and maybe to do somehting about the Hair Dryer...was working for 1 minute then you had to wait for 10 minutes until you can use it again..

The location is perfect, close to the beach. The staff is superb and very helpful. There was always somebody at the desk, the facilities are very clean and very spacious. The outdoor area with the pool and stage are a nice extra. Our room had the sea view (and you get to see the mountains as well).

The wooden furniture (chairs and table) needs to be replaced or padded with something. When somebody moved a piece in their room it was audible at least through couple of levels. The elevators need some new buttons as well.

Great for Families!We had a fantastic stay. The staff were super friendly and made our kids feel right at home. The play area and kids' pool were a big hit, and the family-friendly food options were perfect. Highly recommend for a stress-free family getaway!

Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice for families. We traveled with our kids, and everyone had a fantastic time. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast spread was quite enjoyable, too. We were also impressed by the engaging animation and evening shows. Even though the hotel is situated near a road, we barely noticed any traffic noise during our stay — just the soothing sounds of birds singing in the hotel’s yard.

The indoor pool is not very clean. I’m not sure if this is due to poor maintenance or if it’s just some guests not showering beforehand.Additionally, the coffee and "juice" served at breakfast leave much to be desired. It’s a shame because the breakfast itself is quite enjoyable. We ended up bringing our own coffee and juice for the meal. Fortunately, there’s a basic coffee machine in the room, which was a great help for us.

The outdoor pool seemed nice, but we didn’t stay as had such a bad experience from the get go so didn’t use it. The facilities were extremely dated and the bathroom facilities were terrible, shower head so old, grime the corners etc.

My experience with the staff at the beginning due to a discrepancy on the booking was awful. I was called down to reception where they were so rude to me and made me out to be stupid in front of a queue of people waiting to check in. They kept thrusting a piece of paper in front of me, with additional costs on without giving me any time to even have a moment to think. It wasn’t about the money (I paid it), it was the accusative tone and aggressive response that was the shock. At the restaurant it was also very abrupt. Sadly we decided to go to this hotel to end our wonderful trip to Majorca. We left early and booked a flight home early as this hotel was certainly going to taint our experience we had recently had elsewhere in the county. I never leave poor reviews as it takes so much to upset me, but on this occasion I feel it is necessary as don’t want another family experiencing what we did. Facilities in the room I wouldn’t give more than a 2 star to be honest.

Everything was great the service and the beds were really comfy. The breakfast was delicious.

The WiFi did not work and we ended up using our hotspots to watch a movie

Great facilities, Staff very helpful and kind.

We purchased half board, breakfast was good, but very repetitive. Dinner was ok. But most times food didn't taste delicious. Unsalted and plain. The indoor pool and sauna were not hot.

It was in a good location, the apartments were very spacious, refreshed, and cleaned. The beds were comfortable and we could change towels every day.

The jacuzzi and warm pools were not warm... So it wasn't pleasant to stay by the jacuzzi. The sauna was also not working. Several guests had warned the hotel, but nothing was done in regards to this matter.
