- Food was very disappointing. Very low quality and almost zero variety - especially dinner was particularly disappointing. We ended up having dinner out most of the times.Air conditioning was quite noisy, difficult to sleep with it on. Pillows were very uncomfortable, we asked for different ones but they weren't much better. Beds were uncomfortable and one day we found that the matresses were placed in the opposite direction. Internet was absolutely awufl, we had to buy extra data to do anything.The spa facilities are over sold on the website and are open in very limited time, making it difficult to use them.

Bed was comfy
Sauna didn’t work at all (we ask the man to turn it on and he explained to us that’s the regular temperature of a sauna…I was able to pick up and hold the “hot stones” in my hands) Water in the pool was cold.
Great value for money. Cleaners when in ever day.
The drawers were a bit dated and had a smell in them.

Almost everything just in the spa i think they need to fi the water pressure that it comes through its quite strong apart from all the staff 10/10 very friendly big hello to carlos the barman and the co-workers they made my holidays the best

Dinner food- no taste or disgusting. I really wanted to puke. Breakfast was good like for a hostel but it was hotel. I had better breakfast in hostels sometimes.Weird smell in room.
