The hotel was really nice for what its worth. It was all inclusive, the food was really nice with a variety of choices and honestly we didn't need the staff for anything as it was quite organised. Its only a 2 minutes walk from the beach and on the street where you can wonder and do some fun shopping.

Beds were not the comfiest but okay and the shared amenities (jacuzzi, pool, sauna...) were not very clean as the other guest come straight from the beach to use them.

Not dirty, but also not spotless clean - could be improved. Pool and spa area not up to standards - spa area was smelly and seemed very dirty, we lost our wish to visit it. Same with pool area - very small, cold water, seems dirty.Food - all inclusive was edible, but below average quality. Although price was very affordable, some variation in the menu, soups which actually have vegetables inside and a bit more innovation would be nice. More-less everything has taste of instant food, but I cannot say we were hungry. There is something to eat always.Guests are mostly older people - this was not an issue for us, but for groups of younger friends I would recommend finding something more lively ?

Good location, very close to the beach. The hotel is located on a Main Street where a lot of stores, cafes and restaurants.

The rooms are very small, the air conditioning is very bad and hardly cool the room. The parking around the hotel is very challenging. The all inclusive rate is offering fair quality food and very bad quality drinks.

1) Ineffective air-conditioning at the hotel and especially in the room (8th floor). During the night the temperature was 24-25 grades outside and 28-29 grades inside the room. It was impossible to sleep. I saw some guests sleeping at their balconies. How can a hotel even offer such rooms? Animals must be kept in better conditions.2) There is no parking available at the neighbouring streets - neither free, or paid. The nearest one is 500 meters away from the hotel (at Caretera Arta). It is challenging even to stop a car near the hotel. It is not necessarily a problem, but the hotel should give correct information.3) Really bad/hard beds.

Location, nothing else.

When we checked in and got into our room, it smelled like mould. After looking at the ceiling’s and walls we saw lots of mould just wiped off with a cloth - we have photos. After informing reception (lady at the reception was helpful, but when I showed her photos she didn’t look surprised at all..) they offered us another room without this problem however the smell coming out of shower drain and toilet was just unbearable. The state of corridors was just incredibly bad. We are not fussy travelers, and usually just sleep at the hotel and then go out and explore all day, all we really expect is a clean, safe room that we can sleep in, but this hotel even failed with that. We understand it’s not an expensive hotel and it’s 3 star, but mould and terrible smell in the room is just horrible.

We have booked deluxe room as it has been advertised as double bed but there is no double bed in any of the rooms in this hotels.All rooms has two single beds with separate mattresses that are not even attached together.There was no balinese bed as advertised in the pictures for this room.When questioned with the staff we have been told "do not look at the pictures'' and at the end the deputy manager said "If you don't like it the door is open".We have reported that the pictures and information on booking is misleading but no any action from the hotel or booking and the same room is still advertised as 2 double beds !On top of everything the room is so noisy as you can here constant noise day and night from ventilation system I thing.

Staff is amazing, friendly and helpful.In the bar Christian is the best, always smiling, speaks perfect English and German.Reception very helpful, know answers for every question, help you book programs is you want to. I need to highlight Biel who is one of the most professional receptionist in the world.

I am really surprised with the quality of this hotel. The location is perfect, some feet to the beach, close to the center of the can picafort, the room was really good, outside and indoor swimming pool and an amazing and warm jacuzzi. I have to say that the best part of my trip was the food. There was a great variety of delicious food, including vegetables, protein and dessert. The alcohol drinks served in the bar are really good.

I’ve read some of the other reviews and wonder if they’re the same hotel! We like good food! The all inclusive was above ALL expectations: excellent choice (which changed every day - in 4 days I don’t think a single main dish was repeated and there was always an excellent choice of salads and accompaniments) and even included a special dish cooked by the chef in the dining room each night, breakfast was a choice of English or continental but it was so much more…. Continental ranged from French pastries to meats, cheese and even Greek yoghurt with fruit. Lunch was really nice too. Drinks were inc if you had the house wine or beer (Estrella). There were also (local) spirits of whisky, gin etc available which we didn’t use but did try the local aperitif… aniseed flavour and quite strong! Pool area was excellent and the pool itself was slightly under air temperature but not cold enough to put you off getting in - perfect in my view. Room was fabulous - we were on the 8th floor with a sea view from 1 balcony and another view from the side balcony to the sea and hills. Only slight negative: we were directly below the hotels air con unit so there was a hum at night but seeing as I snore, my wife just popped her ear plugs in and I didn’t notice it. The entertainment of Pedro and his guitar on Wednesday was not a west end cabaret but a very pleasant local artist playing traditional Spanish guitar. What more could you ask for? We had a hire car from the airport and found on street parking near the hotel without much difficulty. Would we go back? Absolutely!

The holiday was wonderful! The hotel is great! The food is very tasty and always fresh! 2 minutes to the beach. The rooms were cleaned qualitatively, the only thing that bothered me was the sand that was constantly in the room, but this is not the fault of the staff!

we loved the balcony and everything was so clean, the staff are incredible. We had an issue with our room and because of the I convenience they upgraded us. everyone was so nice and helpful. Stone throw from the beach. perfect location.
