Location and polite employees. Decent food.

Hotel had it's glory days few decades ago. Old furniture, fitted sheets barely fit the mattress, bathroom door got damaged by the water, cleanliness of the toilet seat could have been better. And there are petty things that made me rate it this bad. When paying 300 euro per night, you don't expect to have to pay 4.5 euro extra/night to be able to use the safe. Or pay 1 euro to change the beach towel. And at halfboard dinner, no drinks are included, not even water.

It was perfect from location, beach, reception & service.Ideal value for money.

- It is really close (~100m) to one of the best beaches in Mallorca, especially for families. The water is mostly clear, shallow and calm.- The staff is very friendly and usually trying to do their best. Most of the problems below are purely management/company culture issues and I wouldn't blame it on the staff.

- Hygiene issues: 5 out of 6 people (including 2 small children) in our party got food poisoning. We are assuming it is from the hotel food, since we had breakfast & dinner in the hotel, and didn't eat much potentially compromising food outside the hotel.- Rooms were never really cleaned properly. Even when we came in, there was dirt on the floor and sometimes when they "changed" the sheets, they just turned them inside out even though they had stains.- Rooms were tiny, it was difficult to navigate the room for 2 people with a baby with a stroller and a suitcase.- Given that this hotel is supposedly "4 stars" and frequented by families with small children, the rooms are surprisingly ill-equipped: there is no possibility to heat water (how difficult would it be to put water heaters, or at least coffee machines in the rooms?). The "minibar" was just a fridge with a bit of water that barely worked at all, and the stone-age TV had a tiny screen.- The WiFi is absolutely terrible (at least it was in our rooms).- Overall, the hotel is badly maintained other than the pool and bar areas and the overall impression is mostly inconsistent with what one would expect from a 4-star hotel at this price (we paid 200EUR/night/room).

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this place! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and always made us feel welcome. The accommodation itself was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed — truly felt like a home away from home.The food was exceptional, with a great variety of delicious dishes. Every meal felt like a treat!The atmosphere was lively and fun, especially the night parties — great music, friendly people, and just the right vibe to enjoy and unwind after a day of exploring.I honestly couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect mix of comfort, good food, and great energy!

No evening entertainment for you get children. Dirty floor in room, only 2 towels in room for 3 people. Beds needed heavier covers for time of year as cold. No coffee facilities in room and no drinking water provided.

Laundry service/infrastructure. Washingmashine very cheap. Not suited for cycling-cloth!!!!!

Facilities were wonderful and all of the staff were amazing …nothing was too hard and they went over and above.

There were no issues with the property.I think the dinner buffet could have had a little more variety in terms of the hot meal options and now at JS Palma they have more meats / fishes to cook fresh.

Great location, also a rare place to accept pets. Good reception staff.

The location is good, the breakfast was satisfactory. The bathroom was alright.

Only booked a one night stay to move further to another hotel. Got the noisiest room, the last one on the corridor, the one at the street. The mattresses were very hard to sleep on. The A/C was noisy (but worked!) The dinner, while indeed only costing 13 euro pro person by 'upgrading' to half-board for the evening, was pretty much inedible. Do NOT order any house wine, save yourself some frustration. I stayed at this hotel first time 7 years ago for a full 10 days and was pleased with the experience back then, but then I only paid half per night of what I paid this year. In essence, price doubled over 7 years, what you get is still the same (or worse)

Only issue was two single beds but that was quickly sorted when we enquired about a double bed so all good

Road very busy. Hard to find parking. Charged for water at dinner time.
