The indoor pool was only open for a short time for kids.

Room walls are super thin and you can hear people in next rooms really easy. Was hard to sleep the first few nights.

The facilities are nice, very open and clean. The beach is very pretty, I’d imagine it would become crowded quickly during peak travel season. Only the buffet restaurant was open during our stay. There was variety. Staff was kind and helpful.

The location is perfect, and the food was great. The outdoor swimming pool is beautiful, and the indoor pool is also quite nice, though it was disappointing that children are not allowed in the afternoon. When it’s rainy, it becomes very difficult to explain to a child that swimming is forbidden. The room was very small, the bed was uncomfortable, and to be completely honest, we didn’t get the 'pool view' we paid for. I will attach some photos so you can see that, technically, there is a pool view. However, the photos on the website showed a completely different view—for example, the photo was taken from a higher floor with a direct pool view, while we had a room on the ground floor. Please ensure the website transparently shows the view from each room. The entertainment was great; the team was friendly and professional, and our 3-year-old loved their shows. The room was cleaned every day.

Excellent location, highlights: fantastic food, very Friendly employees, excellent Internet, GYM and swimming area, very well maintained outdoor area…..

EXTREMELY small toilets !!, dirty balcony !! poor room service in terms of cleaning !! , employees in the restaurant are very friendly but sometimes don't speak English, easy orders get often difficult; without these things it could easily be a 9.5 or 10

Best place on earth! Amazing food every day, very nice people working here, always smiling and helpful. Best beach on Mallorca, very nice pools. Second time there and more to come:)

The location is great!The breakfast buffet is amazing! The room was large and comfortable. Seconds from the beach. The lobby is beautiful.

The elevators need refurbishing. The hotel is crowded with families, small children and babies. It’s a family oriented hotel that is not suitable for relaxation or a romantic getaway. It’s impossible to sit by the pool because it’s too crowded. The breakfast dining room was overwhelmingly crowded. It’s good for families or groups, but not for individuals trying to set a relaxing holiday tone. The view from my balcony was rubbish bins, piled plastic produce containers and piled wooden stock platforms—an unacceptable view for the prices of the rooms in this hotel.

Excellent hotel for family vacation. It's right by the beach, and there are multiple different swimming pools, all suitable for kids. The food buffets are great, combining quantity, variety and quality. The staff is lovely, smilling and helpful.

Not a dislike, just a suggestion - maybe just a small library (book-shelf) with bedtime stories for kids.

Brilliant children’s entertainment & pool games with Ann exceptional hard working team creating a warm & friendly happy atmosphere.

The Dining Room was far too large & noisy, at times quite dangerous & could be a hazard! There was nowhere else to eat save the exclusive a la carte which wasn’t included in “the all inclusive” package. The bedrooms were odd shaped & poorly furnished. The toilet cubicles are far too small & unacceptable for privacy & practicality! Good showers & comfy beds though. The Public loos need rearranging & refurbing - very poor.

Very easy to walk around the hotel, decent food selection, lunch is outside which is nice, bar areas are very nice with lots of seating. Staff were very friendly

Extremely hard working, friendly and helpful staff. Facilities are great and great food. We will definitely come back and can highly recommend. Ease of hiring a bike next door and storing was great. Indoor pool was also excellent. Best par was the washing machine and dryer which saved our life with kids clothing.

Rooms were a bit dated but all in working condition.

My kid enjoyed the stay and especially the kids club so much that asked to give the hotel 100000 stars instead of 4:)The beach is perfect and the view is stunning
