I rarely write reviews but this hotel most definitely deserves one . Overall our experience was amazing . Location is beyond perfect , staff is super nice , rooms are spacious and gorgeous ! Breakfast buffet was delicious ! Highly recommend !

This place is clean for the insane amount of people coming in.

It is all families with young kids which we thought it would be. the resort isn't huge and it was very over stimulating and crowded not at all relaxing. the kids club has not ideal hours. nothing in the evening when i would want a child free drink by the sea or dinner. the food was fine but the dinning space is so crowded. No where to sit at the pool or on the beach. The entertainment is good but loud and never ending makes it hard to just chill. For the price i thought it would be better. the star kids club activities weren't that exciting which is what we booked for. THey had them coloring most the time.

It’s in front of a nice beach

Way too crowded. Queues to order drinks or to serve at the buffet. Also the closing time for dinner is too early. In june the sun sets at 21.30 and dinner time is only until 21.00. The room was too small. With the sofa-bed and a crib it was a tetris to move around.

Everything was amazing; location, food, service, everyone super helpful and always smiling.There are 15-20 activities every day for babies, kids and grownups.You have to go, try it and convince me it is not a 10 out of 10 :)

The staffs are very kind. I was surprised that all the food was delicious. Of course, the location of the hotel close to the beach is also good.

It was a little uncomfortable because there were no small items such as tissues or anything else.

Amazing experience. Everything was great : facilities, staff, activities, food. We loved it and was above our expectations. We'll definitely comme back or go back to a Iberostar hotel

If the pool was heated because it was too cold to enjoy it.

Perfect for families, close to beach, beautiful clean hotel, great location, most kid friendly hotel we have ever stayed at and cannot wait to book another stay. We checked in really late (2am) and the staff were so lovely and let my husband bring our children up to the room whilst I finalised our check in. There were little toys for children at reception, the pool and a playground, they also had a balance bike and ride on toys which the children absolutely loved. It was really amazing.

The apartment was really small, we didn't have a balcony which was so disappointing given the price and also didn't see it anywhere that stated this when booking. Also there was no kitchen amenities so is really for people who are doing all inclusive.

The hotel is well renovated. Cleaning service is always in-time.

Reception: almost 20 mins to register me.... and im a Iberstar client for the last 7 years. Personal is not talking english. Too many claims to the food cooking quality. It seems like cooking team is so stressesd that they simply do not have a time to finish, so expect not fully done meet, fish , etc. Waiting ques infront of the restorant is normal - if you not at the opening or closing time expect to stay outside and wait to be seated.

Breakfast and food in general was good with a lot of variety. Very friendly staff. Easy and direct access to the beach. Great for a short family vacation.

Pool was dirty and unsafe with filter covers either missing or broken and lots of debris at the bottom. Now umbrellas by the pool so no shade for kids, we had to make our own beds with random linen found in the cupboards, after checking out we were told we could use the facilities as our flight was later on and then when we asked where we could change or shower for our flight we just got told to go to the pool toilets. The showers by the pool didn't work, the beach didn't have anything on it such as loungers or the activities as advertised.

Excellent location close to beach, direct beach access from property. Programs conducted. Circus and rock band was excellent

Small rooms, not very clean.

The pools, the water park for the kids, the beach. The kids had the best time at the water park. Super nice kids’s area

The space is super limited. Full of people, super crowded everywhere, you walk literally in between the sun beds, same during breakfast or dinner, I felt overwhelmed with the lack of space and how crowded the hotel was. Same when walking to the room, the aisle very narrow, it’s so narrow that is full of scratches from the strollers, from the cleaning cart.

Location: you have a lot of restaurant and shops in a walking distance which is quite useful. On top of that, from the hotel, you directly access to the beach.Restaurant:Large choice of tasty food combined with qualityStaff:Super helpful and support the client

Cleanness:Room was not totally clean everyday, and one day they did not clear whereas their app stated the opposite. We were missing couple of times some towels, The kid's club was also a bit dirty, as most of the people did not follow the rules by taking their shoes off. No staff was reminding them

Amazing location with beautiful beach. Friendly staff and decent food. Nice pool facilities for kids.

Rooms are not the newest, and it's very crowded during meals.

Good weather

We recently stayed at this hotel with the expectation of a relaxing seaside holiday, but unfortunately, our experience was far from restful. While the hotel itself is well-maintained and offers good facilities, there was one major issue that ruined our stay – the hotel is clearly geared towards families with young children, something that was not made clear during the booking process.We were not prepared for the overwhelming number of children everywhere. It felt less like a peaceful seaside retreat and more like a nursery. We love kids, but as a couple looking for some rest and tranquillity, this was simply not the right environment for us.Do not use their spa services – we booked it for two hours, but the steam room didn’t heat up in time, and we could only use the sauna for the last 40 minutes. Three cold showers are more of a punishment than a pleasure, and there was no hot shower available at all.

The location next to the beach is great. That’s it. Some of the staff is friendly.

This is not a 4 star property. We were staying in the end of September and it was a mess. I don’t want to imagine what’s happening in July or August. The restaurant is not suited for these masses. There are so many little issues about this hotel that make you think why did I pay almost 400 euro per night for this property. Lack of service and friendliness by most of the staff, many employees in the main restaurant look at you with disgust. Many furniture is worn out and in stains, you can clearly see it in the morning. And I don’t want to even start about the rooms. It’s just not okay, it’s too small, it’s not really suitable for small children. Many things went broken and nobody repaired them during our stay. We switched to the room with the balcony, beware there are rooms without balcony for 300 euro per night. Avoid if you want to enjoy your holidays. Better book some villa than stay on this hotel. Cleaning is also an issue. There are so many problems with this property
