Breakfast buffet was vey good.

Lots of deferred maintenance on the property. The water from the faucets was not drinkable. There was no filtered water dispensers on the property. Staff told us we could buy bottled water from them.

The staff were friendly and genuinely ready to help. The pool is large and clean and not overcrowded. Food verity and quality is very good. Rooms are spacious and well air-conditioned. The distance to beach is short and within walking distance. Overall the hotel is family friendly.

There is no king bed in the entire hotel (at least we were told so by the receptionist). Instead there are two twin beds put next to each other creating a king like bed. The beds move during sleep and make a gap in between. It might be ok for a couple but if you have small child(ren) sleeping in the middle of the bed you would constantly find them stuck or near falling into the gap between the beds. Awful decision by the hotel and it is a deal breaker for some families.There is no self-service laundry facility in the hotel. Any thing not included in your deal is very expensive.

The air conditioning was complicated to maintain at a steady temp. Too many cyclists dominating the resort and riding through reception and the grounds despite rules not to do so. Rather arrogant and lacking consideration for other guests.

The location of the hotel is just wonderful: a huge territory, a cool pool, and a five-minute walk to the beach! The food is very varied and delicious, and you definitely won't stay hungry! Bungalows are located at a sufficient distance from each other and you will not hear your neighbors, which is important for vacation.

The only disadvantage is two separate single beds-it is not convenient and not comfortable. I hope that in the future the hotel will install large beds in at least some bungalows.

We had to deal with an ant problem inside our bungalow. Staff dealt with the problem.

The bungalows stand a few meters from each other and are surrounded by plants and trees which offers a lot of privacy. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast with plenty of different options and tasty dinner for a reasonable price. A sandy beach is just in a few minutes walk through a forest, the sea there is quite shallow and convenient for little kids, a safeguard post is right next to the beach entrance.

Wifi coverage in bungalows is fragmented. One room has full scale wifi, other room has very poor connectivity or no connectivity at all. Kitchen appliances show signs of aging.

Nothing everything was great

An exceptional hotel! Attention to special details! The 5-minute drive through the pine forest takes you to the most beautiful beach on the island. The location is secluded, far from the crowds. All the staff are very smiling, attentive and professional. Congratulations to all!

Excellent location for families looking for a quiet but convenient place with the beach right across the street.

The staff spoke mostly German and a bit of English but what was most surprising to me was that many did not even understand Spanish.

Great hotel. Beuatiful sandy beach 3 min away, you just have to cross a bridge that goes through a forest. The food was amazing, we booked breakfast + dinner and weren't disappointed - great variety, tastes good, all freshly cooked. Waiters and personnel in general very attentive and polite.Good animation programme, especially music bands that were invited. It finished by 10.30 every night without exceptions, so we were able to enjoy good music without sacrificing the sleep. Good poll facilities, gym is a bit small but you can find ways to train there and it's perfectly fine for vacation-mode workouts. Clean renovated bungalows- we had Silver option and it was great.Great job Hotel Valentin and THANK YOU for the amazing vacation! Will be definitely coming back ?

When we arrived at midnight there was disgusting urine smell in the whole hotel area, especially around the pool, like at public toilets. During our whole stay everytime we turned on AC - the same awful urine smell from the fan. Disgusting. Staff was acceptable but no smile, no interest..Bungalows terribly small, no wardrobe to put clothes or space to move - how can you sell them to families with 4 members for 500 eur per night is beyond my understanding. Outdated swimming pool, hot tub functioning only in one half. No restaurants, shops nearby - fortunately we had a car.

Beautiful complex. It has a really peaceful/ eco feel to it, surrounded by trees. Each bungalow has its own little terrace. Location was perfect; far enough from the high rise blocks and nestled between green areas, very close to the sea. Really friendly and welcoming staff. Clean and modern amenities. Great swimming pool for the children. We would love to return!

The bungalow was beautiful and would have been perfect for two adults + 2 small children. Our 12 & 9 year olds were just a little too big to share the sofa bed comfortably m. Shame there isn’t an option to have two single beds instead of a sofa bed.

Nicely renovated bungalows, great privacy and calmness to relax, walking distance through a nature reserve to a nice beach.

The property is amazing. I loved the pool, the gardens and the bungalows. The food is very good and the staff very friendly. The beach is very close and absolutely stunning. I would definitely return.

Everything was wonderful, only that some guest could be more considerate, especially if you want to sleep longer. There were children/babies (with parents) on their terrace in front of the bungalow crying/talking loudly before 8.00 am. But this is not the fault of the hotel.

Beds could be more cimfortable

The property is very clean, well taken care of. The layout is great. The main pool area is so family friendly with the dedicated little kids area being large so lots of people can be there without crowding. My 7 month old could stand at 2 of the edges and hold the side of the pool with his head/shoulders above water while my 22 month old could explore the entire kids pool with his head above water. Pool toys are allowed (we had a floating device for my 7month old and a beach ball). Plenty of pool chairs (never struggled to find one available).The lap pool in the “quiet area” was a huge plus as my husband likes to swimThe breakfast selection was excellent. Lovely buffet with so many choices. The bungalow (golden) was so nice. A/C worked well, it was clean and looked newly refurbished. The couch was comfortable and had a nice nice mini fridge. The patio area is large and private with tall bushes around it.

The one downside is that the beach is a 5minute walk away which in itself is fine, but the road to cross is busy. The short 10 min walk to town isn’t bad but no sidewalk-just walk along the road. Plus side is there is a bus stop very close outside the hotel which is very convenient. We didn’t use it but will use it to get out/explore more when we come back!

“Gold” bungalow was good, renovated and clean. Cleaning service was fine, special kudos to Nora. Overall concept of bungalows type of hotels is super cool, as you get privacy, as terrace is surrounded by bushes, but at the same time all facilities are in place: bar, restaurant, pool, evening activities and entertainment for children. There is possibility to rent a car at good price directly at reception. Personal is friendly and helpful, all requests were responded immediately. Nice trail to the sand beach via shadowed alley and wooden bridge (beach equipped with toilet and paid umbrellas / chais lounge).

Breakfast- all over the time same food (majorly eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, plastic cheese). Dinner-buffet if to book directly in the hotel €25/person, while cannot say it is tasty, mostly fried, oilish food. Beach towels is paid, €7 per each, which seems weird to me.. Majority of guests are family with children, which sometimes annoying..
