My kids loved that we were so close to the beach and they loved the breakfast.

The grounds were nice, the rooms were a good size.

The breakfast was only from 8 to 10 and was always jammed of people. Felt like everyone was in a rush.

The hotel is in a central location, with a bus stop right outside the front door. Our room was modern and had a beautiful sea view from our balcony.

-Clean, modern with a big balcony in the premium suite - comfortable beds and pillows- amazing shower - two pools with one being a lap pool. This was definitely a big plus! - nice and affordable drinks and food - the buffet breakfast and dinner was great! - nice and friendly staff- spa and sauna access- spa robes and beach towels available to all guests. They promptly changed it as well when needed- Morning turndown service everyday! - Great great location! Right next to a bus stop, restaurants, and the beautiful playa de muro.

- Probably a few more things in the room like tea/coffee with kettle. Although we did get a kettle from reception and it was very useful. - A few more toiletries like lotion/dental/shave kits would be nice (although not the biggest issue!)

Really nice hotel with everything what you need for vacation

We have 3months old baby and we got the room directly opposite to the bar.. (not good for her sleeps). And in addition you cannot make the room dark for night sleep, so baby could not sleep until sunset.. And for me I did not like the quilt as it was heavy and rustling each time you moved.

Everything. Wonderful place, kind, outgoing staff....and wonderful amenities on site. Everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay.

Nothing stands out as unsatisfactory. I guess if there was something to improve, a small play space for young families to get some energy out (separate, but on premise) may help keep them from interrupting other guest in main spaces and relieve a little parental stress...however, there are multiple playgrounds nearby!

Excellent breakfast, beautiful hotel, everybody is super helpful. Muro beach is a few steps away. Well located to visit beautiful villages on that part of the island and only 45min from Mallorca

Muro beach is full of hotels and supermarkets, not really a charming spot, but the beach is so beautiful and all around there are many places to visit!

Sports hotel with three pools and a nice garden bar. The rooms are big, light and spacious, ans have a big balcony. The food is fresh and varied. Staff was super helpful and friendly.

The common area / bar is not at all cosy, and the restaurant does not have enough room for all guests.Most of the rooms face a courtyard with a pool, and some guests started their swim training at 6:30 in the morning.

The room was exceptional, especially the bed

The breakfast/ dinner room is for my liking too big and too loud. The food was healthy but cold. It had a clean design, but a bit too clean. It was a bit of a canteen feeling.

Absolutely perfect.Helpful staff. Great breakfast. Location could not bee any better. We enjoyed our stay.

Very nice looking hotel, clean facilities and good food- perfect for families seeking some quiet time during the day

Description of the room is a bit misleading- we have booked a suite and according to the description we should have had 1 living room and one bedroom, but it was one room only with sofa and double bed.Unfortunately hotel is surrounded by two other huge hotels, and you can clearly hear the sounds from their entertainment in the evenings- which made it impossible to enjoy the balcony in the evening

We came back after 3 years and were happy to see that the old suites are renovated. Now it really is a great hotel! Spacious suites, a lot of light inside, huge balcony, very nice staff, very good breakfast, 5 minutes to the beach, bus stop right in front, nice pools, nice bar for afternoon snack, really an excellent choice. And the nearby beach, Playa del Muro, is one of the most beautiful beaches, very clean, nice sunbeds (15 EUR set with umbrella) and beautiful turquoise water.

Prices are high, even for end of September.

Hotel is a business hotel and had little character. But it was comfortable. Pool was freezing and surprised it was heated.

Bed was great. and staff were friendly. Good cocktails by the pool. Massage was good (but overpriced for what it was).

Breakfast buffet was average. The lack of small details considering the high price was frustrating (curtains that were too short for the windows, no toilet paper holder, no tissues, replacement waters). Also would recommend some sort of insect 'zapper' in the corridors - swarms of mosquitos by the elevators. Also there was no indication that there was a gym (either in the website or in the listed amenities) but then saw it on the last day - would have been nice to know it was there.

The room smelt damp upon check in - should have been aired - full of cyclists who like to train in the pool before it opens 0630 am - disturbed sleep ?- pool opens 0800 - minimalist decor - clinical - no pictures - deceiving photos on booking.com - hotel is right next to Burger King ! - beach is across a busy main road - walks very thin - you can hear other guests talking and above you walking around - not relaxing - no amenities in room - no long mirror and other mirrors small x 2 on wall for someone who above 6 foot in height - other side of hotel outside main entrance full of cheap souvenir shops and tacky looking restaurants - for a 4 star deluxe hotel not good ?
