Galaxia Boutique Hotel

Great location of the hotel, many things to see in the area. Very quiet during sleeping hours. Breakfast variety was low but the food was great.

The location is perfect. The pool area is nice however the flower pots are full of cat faeces, so very smelly.The bar has a good variety of drinks. Some staff are lovely. Housekeeping every day with plenty of towels although I’m not sure all were laundered as a few smelled of body odour and aftershave

Be aware !!! The toilet has NO Door which was a massive issue as we were travelling as two friends. To make it worse there is a full length mirror opposite the toilet so anyone in the room can see.

Location is fantastic, we have stayed here before, we live in Palmanova on the South of the Island and when we can we try to take a quick break in Can Picafort as we love the beach and area. The Galaxia is always clean, tidy and comfortable and the view from the room is lovely. Whislt the hotel does not have Aircon, there is always a beautiful breeze from the Sea and Fans are available.

The property was clean and had a fresh modern look for the price . We stayed over Easter on a last minute booking.

Beware this property does NOT have Aircon, but we were ok in April. Another uncomfortable problem is the total lack of bathroom door in a small room, not helped by a large mirror outside the bathroom projecting the image into the bedroom.

The room was super clean and nice, the view was perfect from our balcony, the hotels location is really great and the staff was nice as well!The bed was too soft for our preference but we had a great sleep anyway. You can hear people on the corridor, especially if they’re loud but in my opinion it’s the same at all hotels. The bathroom doesn’t had a door which was perfectly fine for us (as a long time married couple) but it can be a discomfort for some, so be aware of it.Overall we didn’t expect this great experience after the reviews, but it was a really pleasant surprise. :)

A very friendly staff, always welcoming, helpful people. Good breakfast and dinner, always cakes and fruit available. Bark works great

Disappointing

I was in Majorca for the fifth time and unfortunately it was the worst hotel. I have never met more unfriendly staff at the reception in any hotel. The room stank of chlorine and there were cockroaches. It was very disgusting. Also, there was no internet in the room at all, you had to go to the lobby, it was very inconvenient, especially since the description stated that the internet is available throughout the hotel. I do not recommend it, for this money you can find a better option.

Great location, staff was polite and nice, good breakfast. The bed was comfortable

No air conditioning, but at the end it is a one star hotel, so that was fine to us.

The location and the swimming pool!

It was terribly disappointing that there was no aircon in the room. The rooms are also not cleaned on a daily basis. The breakfast was better than a continental but the glasses were dirty as well as the restaurant. It was very off putting.

Great location, lovely view of the sea from balcony, no queueing for a sun lounger round pool lots of room ( they also provide towels if needed for sun bathing ) . Nice calm environment, Good variety of restaurants and some bars literally 5 mins away on beach front , cafe Jamaica is the place to be and the red lion bar! .Hotel was very clean , friendly staff and good value for money. Food was basic but yummy . Only thing I think should be improved is the fact they do not have AC in rooms , just a big fan and it’s very hot when getting ready . Overall it was a pleasant stay and would stay again for a short period ?

No Air con in rooms

Gorgeous boutique hotel. The location was amazing, the staff lovely. I had emailed them regarding a nice view and they did not disappoint we had a full sea view on the floor 4, second floor from the top.Really enjoyed our stay here.

We knew this going in to the hotel but mid July with no air conditioning for 2 Brits was difficult. They had fans and luckily the breeze from the sea helped however during the night was very hot and not sure I could do a hotel without AC again! But like I say, we knew this was a compromise we had to make for the location.

I didn’t like anything about this structure.

1. The bathroom doesn’t have doors. 2. No air conditioning.3. The bathroom was not clean and the towels smelled bad. 4. The hotel also smelled bad.

Lovely white room, good value for my 6 days stay. Friendly staff, room cleaned every second day I think. Close to the shop, café and all the commodities in a walking distance. The pool exposed to the sunshine all day with the comfy lounges, breakfast if needed provided at extra price, lovely reading room downstairs

located by the quite busy nosy street, my room was at the third floor, but still could hear it at night

Comparing prices that was the best option, especially because of the location- it's just perfect.Literally 5 minutes away from the beach and if you have a room with balcony, with the spectacular view.Really helpful staff. We felt really welcomed.Nice swimming pool.

Unfortunately our shower cabin was broken, but that was the only issue. As I've mentioned previously you're not able to find anything with such a good price nearby.So I don't want to complain about that

I was forced to pay for the room despite I already paid to booking at time of the order. Got resolved after dispute raised with Booking a day after.

I'm not sure if I've missed that when I've read description for that hotel but my room didn't have a door for toilet.I can see on the picture now there is no door, but I didn't even think that is possible. We have been only 1 night there so we spent time to sleep in the room only, so for that quick booking is good enough :)
