Very clean, excellent staff, as well facility and food

Too soft mattress

Rooms are nice.Hotel’s SPA is OK.

For checking time the room was not ready. We had to wait 1 hour.When the room was ready Reception didn’t get the info from cleaning personnel.We had to check by our own what is the status. Personnel on the floor war rood and arguing with us.We had a 3 persons room but the rob and the sauna towel for 1 person was missing. When we asked for the 3rd rob , they said that they cannot provide it since it is a shortage of robes.During the time all conditions became lower as quality. We are customers for a long time and we can see this with each stay at Foras/Hungest. It is pity…

This time 7, after many stays of 10 .The new Hunguest management tray to optimize the cost,so you need to ask for everything, for your stay.Room 223 is renovated but needs replace the mattress (is very very old and uncomfortable ),We had no soap or shower gel in the bathroom, we used our shampoo until the next day, when we asked. We asked to change our towels after 3 nights, they were too wet to use again. Aquapoliss is outdated and needs renovation, so we only used the hotel spa which is clean and well maintained.They keep good breakfast and dinner with a lot of options to choose from.For expreso the cups are very big.

Staff is unpleasend and unpolite.

Silent spaFood

While food hall is renovated, food moved too far from main hall (all the way to to aquapolis). Since renovation and new management, hotel doesn't have "soul" anymore. It is clean and nice but it doesn't feel luxurious and warm anymore. It feels more like budget variant. On the other hand, price keeps rising all the time. The fireplace in the main hall was always a gathering place, now it is gone. They started to charge parking behind the hotel.

Good

The food selection could be more varied. There is no large double bed even though the hotel confirmed it to us.

Accommodation, staff and food.

The SPA and family wellness was not exactly as expected, and need a renovation. The water temperature was a little bit cold for our family, warmer in the morning at the family wellness pools and colder in the afternoon. At the slides area water and temperature are really cold. Overall, good experience, hotel and facilities great, spa and wellness could be better.

The food was GREAT. Fun water slides for kids and adults. Not too crowded during weekdays.

The paid parking. Small room for 3 people (2 adults + kid) when the couch is used as bed for the third person.

Clean pools, great outdor pools, nice staff

Nothing, maybe the breakfast shouldn't be removed before 10am. We stayed for one night, and couldn't manage morning spa, breakfast, check-out, and everythung before 10am. Leave us time to do it like champs. Your hotel have that space. It's a good hotel. Checkout is too early, breakfast can be prolonged.

The town, food, playroom, room.

The water from the Aquapark was 30-32 degrees, which for us was kind of cold;).

Room smaller than it looks on photos, but very nice. Food is amazing, great facilities for kids and adults. Aquapolis is amazing.

The fact that anyone can pay and use the pools, not just hotel guests. So it gets EXTREMELY crowded, which really doesn’t feel nice. You pay a lot of money to stay at the hotel and oustiders shouldn’t be allowed inside.

We liked water park, kids activities and food for kids

It was cold in water park. Second bed was very small and uncomfortable. Bathroom is small. Dining room was crowded.

Food was great, both breakfast and dinner. It's a nice place to be if you are thinking to go to the aquapark.

Very clean and cozy. Aquapolis was great, loved it!

We chose one large bed, instead we got two beds push together.

I liked that was clean and the room was nice.

I didnt like that I couldnt take launch at restaurant and the aquapark was open only from 14:00 oclock.

The waterpark, proximity to town, nice fitness center, the servers in the restaurant

The rooms were uncomfortably hot (28-30°C) and a/c is turned off for winter. We obviously turned off the heat, but even with it off, we had to sleep with our balcony doors open. Also, the sofa bed is a twin size mattress. It was far too small for a 6 and 9 year old to share, despite it claiming that it was a family room for 4.

The half board( breakfast and dinner was amazing). Loved the spa, loved the lobby, the room, customer service, everything was great. Loved the nightly entertainment!

We love this hotel for a weekend getaway.The staff is friendly and kind.The food (half-board) is one of the best we have ever had in a hotel.The spa is great.
