Hotel Platinia

Excellent location, big rolm, good breakfast, convenient parking and great proximity of the shopping gallery.

The room temperature was too high and could not be adjusted easily. The air in the room was very dry and it was unconfirtable. We had to keep the window open (in January!) to be able to breath…

The room was spacious and clean, the amenities were great as well and the bed comfortable.

For a 5 star hotel, I would have expected very good insulation so that you don't hear exterior sounds too much, but you could hear even a cough from a person walking on the street, not to mention thr traffic.

The room was big clean and nice , good location

Is only one pair of shoes in the romm mising dental kit , missing sink soap , only one small shower gell even the room was book for 2 people,

Location

Allotted room was not clean. Water started falling from split AC. Then room was changed. Didn’t get value for money spent.

Even though I had do not disturb on, after they cleaned the room two consecutive days, and left the bed from 4 initial pillows with one small one. I complained at the front desk, and did not get the pillows back. This is not the treatment I expected at this range.

Great base to explore Cluj with good restaurants and shopping on or near site

NA

The location , the design, room etc

The heat wasn’t working and the stuff tried to cover this.

The position. The food. The staff.

It's in a very noisy intersection.

Nice and spacious, in middle off the city, beautiful view around, very luxurious!!

Nice location with the shopping mall very close by and bus stations across the street. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Hotel felt very empty during our stay. Maybe off season. Housekeeping staff was not very friendly.

I loved the enterieur of the hotel. Comfortable, spacious suites, excellent catering. Maybe the top 5 i have ever visited. Excellent parking options, utterly comfortable for business

Clean and spacious rooms with parking available.

It’s a bit far away from most of the attractions in we wanted to visit.

Hotel with shopping center and 2 restaurants, very convenient location.

The room was big, modern and very clean. The hotel is in a mini mall and you have a market and a farmacy if you need something. The breakfast was amazingThe parking is inside the mall and is free for the hotel. Is near the old city were you have good restaurants.

Everything was perfect

As usual almost everything great.

I wasn’t asked for the parking ticket at check-in (asI always was). And next morning although I presented the ticket I was fully charged for it like any usual mall visitor. It was partially my fault of habit but never happened before.

Everything was extremely beautiful, the quality of the room is top-notch, almost luxurious, a very comfortable mini-apartment that makes you not want to leave the city at all, encouraging you to spend a lot of time inside. Very beautiful.

We didn’t like that they didn’t give us water upon arrival. At a 5-star hotel, you expect to at least get free water. We’ve stayed at other 5-star places before, and we know the approach is usually a bit different.

Great accommodation with excellent staff! The team was very friendly even allowing us a late check-out. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Highly recommend!

Clean, comfortable and very good position.

Modern, very large and clean room. Nice staff. Underground free parking.

Some swage pipes that runs in the wall of the room were noisy almost entire night (corner room). The mattress was cheap kind for the price of the hotel (every move in the bed was felt by the other you sleep with).

Back painful and poor sleep

The bed was lumpy and pillows where the sameCouldn't sleep properly. Also a lot of noise from traffic
