Hard to find the access to the hotel parking.

Great hotel in the centre of Cluj-Napoca! Very good location, close to all main central tourist attractions. Room was very large, everything was very clean. Very quiet room, relaxed atmosphere. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of choices. I would highly recommend!

At least in my room, on the second floor, the wifi seemed a little weak when I tried to use my phone on the bed. inconvenient but not much of a problem since I booked the place for sleep and location

Spacious rooms; incredibly friendly and helpful staff (reception, cleaning, hotel restaurant/bar); good reliable Wi-Fi available for free; convenient location, good price per value overall.

Design & furniture feel a bit dated; amenities could use some minor upgrades (especially the shampoo/shower gel was sub-par; adding disposable slippers, oral hygiene kits would be a nice touch); minibar discontinued (mini-fridge available, but not stocked). Breakfast not bad (decent variety, qualitative food) but could be easily improved (by the time I had breakfast, yolks from poached eggs were fully coagulated - maybe poach fewer eggs and restock more often?). PS: not bickering but rather providing some constructive feedback, by pointing out small tweaks to improve customer experience.

Traditional Romanian breakfast was great! Also the staff was very nice, the heating didn’t want to start so they came and explain how it works, very kind! Also the location was great! Near all kinds of nice things to see when you’re in Cluj-Napoca

It’s getting a bit outdated but for this price on this location you don’t hear me complaining
