The manager was very helpful and nice. He went an extra length to explain and give information. Nice garden by the way! Very homely!

If they can have a personal shuttle from the hotelto the airport that would be great.

Great place, about ten minutes from the centre and close to a beautiful viewpoint (it is a bit up a hill but nothing too steep). Good size room and plenty of windows for fresh air! Lots of stuff in the room as well, bathrobe, slippers, showergel/shampoo, minibar, fruit basket. Supermarket around the corner. I didn't use the garden but it looked nice! Very quiet area as well. And staff/owner super friendly. Made a chat with who ever was there everyday and getting great tips! Mostly it was Adrian, great host! Gave me tips on where to eat, where to go, how to get to certain places. Superb!

Nothing that would keep me from going here again! AC was a bit noisy but didn't really use it that much and bath is a bit shallow. But again, wouldn't stop me from going again! And recommending this place to everyone!

Beautiful historical building with all modern amenities, very clean and nicely furnished in quiet neighborhood yet only 10 minute walk to historical city center and close to most interesting cultural sites. Owner/host Adrian is extremely welcoming and is very helpful with any questions about the city and generously offers recommendations for restaurants and cultural sites that one may not have heard about.

The breakfast options were ample and everything was delicious. The service and attention to detail were constant and excellent. One is asked if one wants to have breakfast and what time would be convenient to have it and they arrange to have it at the time you need it! Absolutely great!

We took only one breakfast. According to the owner, who was always present, he consulted us the evening before, in order to prepare us a personalized breakfast. It was served at the late morning hour as we requested, and offered a lot of options. The location was quite, in spite of being close to the city center.The villa offers even umbrellas for rainy days.

I do not like shower in a bath

The very warm welcome by the hosts, their interest and their extremely friendly way to care for everything guests might need made the stay very pleasant and relaxed. The building has a lot of character and the rooms are well equipped and comfortable. The breakfast varies with a lot of home made details and gives you a great start into the day!The location is very good in walking distance to the city and parking was easy. Thanks for everything to the whole family for all your care, we felt very welcome!

I liked the beautiful room with comfortable sitting area, the inviting lobby, and the large relaxing garden with outdoor furniture, which all give a sense of openness and spaciousness to the hotel.

Wonderful family owned hotel with a fireplace in a common area and lovely decorated rooms

Friendly staff, great breakfast, cozy rooms -- ours also had a bathtub in the bathroom -- and also a gym! Another thing we liked was that our room also had a nook surrounded by windows where one could either take in the view (though with the other houses nearby there wasn't too much to see) or just sit down and read. Lots of stuff to like here. The hotel is not far from public transport either, and the city center is within walking distance.

The hotel has its own charm, it’s not a 0815 hotel chain, check-in after midnight was no problem for the 24-hour reception, got a quick beer at the bar and my room had a well-stocked minibar. Staff was very friendly, Communication in English was no problem.

Unbelievable place! Nice location which convinced with familiar hospitality. You are in a nice quiet residential neighborhood. The rooms are comfortable. The hotel provides all and more what you expect.

We really appreciated the hotel's location, just a 10-15 minute walk from the city center, in a very quiet area with a lovely garden. Adrian and his family are really nice: attentive, kind and considerate, available and very accommodating (check-in/check-out times).We'd definitely recommend!

Impeccable services, brilliant location, beautiful venue with 4 star plus room, large bathrooms, all beautifully decorated and very clean! Although in city centre, the venue is really quiet and has a very nice and peacefully beautiful inner garden. Nonetheless, the hotel is pet friendly and definitely is a good value for many. Highly recommended.

Charming and helpful hosts who made us feel very welcome during our stay. The hotel is in a delightful, quiet residential area so noise wasn't a problem, and it is close enough to the historic city centre that it was practical to walk in (even in the June heat!). The room was spacious and very comfortable. We'll definitely try to stay there again on our next visit to Cluj.
