We could not have found a better hotel or a more caring staff. Not only is the hotel in a great place, being both close to the airport and to the old town center, after a medical emergency the owner went out of his way to help us! Highly recommended!

Ideal location a short walk from the city center, but quieter. An exceptionally warm and welcoming host. This was my second stay (I returned with my wife, since it was so good on my previous solo visit).

At check-in we received a warm welcome as first-time visitors to Cluj. The room had everything one would want, and the short walk to the historic city center was just right.

This is a family-run establishment. II found it homely, friendly, and very welcoming . Our plane arrived very late at night, and I telephoned in advance to explain that we were arriving outside the normal check-in times, and they said that was no trouble.There was someone waiting to welcome us when we turned up in the early hours.I hope to visit the city again - this time for leisure. And if I do, I will defintrly book in here again.

Location and communication were great. It was a decent and clean room.

The air conditioning was broken when outside temperature was 30-32 degrees. The second day I announced the problem at the reception.

Very clean place and friendly staff. They are always available and ready to help. A very well established venue in the center of Cluj. Prices are unbeatable.

Parking on site, very welcoming staff.

We got two rooms facing the street with a very heavy 24/7 traffic. I cannot recall any place as noisy as this one. Even the double glass windows wouldn't help. Beds are not comfortable (with linen small for their size), showers without doors and very odd, towels are small and not being changed daily. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room. I am sorry, but I cannot recommend this hotel.

Nice, spacious and clean room. Close to Cluj old town. Free parking onsite. Nice greeting when we arrived, even received a welcoming nip of the local liqueur at reception!

There is a coffee house on site but a jug in the room would be great too.

The location is great, righ in the city center and the host, Liviu is an amazing guy!

This place got 10/10, if i could - i would give it a 1000, why? Because of the owner.I never met such a nice person in my life. It’s a family business with the most humble people running it. Everything we asked, the owner turned the whole world upside down for us, he invited us for a beer on him, they make sure you have everything you need in the room, and he always super nice. Once I broke my belt by mistake and asked him what are the chances he have something to borrow me.. his son immediately brought me a few of his own, so i can choose which one i like. I have never received such a good service before. We came there for the untold festival and from now i will stay only there when I’ll get there for next festival. Our experience was perfect!
