Hotel Cristal

The location of the hotel is great! Staff was very friendly and nice with us. We really loved our stay. The rooms are nice.

The hotel is a modern facility with convinient rooms situated close to the main road of Cluj. Breakfast was good+, The staff was attentive most of the time.

The hotel had an event on one of the evenings which was very loud and the music was very intense and lasted until the early hours of the next day. I called the hotel reception twice during the night but there was no reply. Although the hotel notified before the event, it was long after I made the reservation and it was not possible to change. I also did not expect an event that would be so loud and last so long. The hotel managment should be aware that holding such events directly under the hotel rooms (in the restraunt situated in the entrance floor) is not acceptable during the night.

Was there for a music festival and the hotel was in a great location very close by. Rooms were well equipped with everything you'd need and very clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was also very good. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would recommend the hotel.

Amazing breakfast. Location is central .The room was Very Clean and the desk staff was extremely helpful

Can’t think of anything

Nice boutique hotel located a bit out of city center; receptionist Roxana was very nice and upgraded our room; breakfast was good with enough selection and quality food.

Location - about 20 min walk to reach city center; sensor lights on each floor was not sensitive leading to dark feelings each time stepping out of the elevator; no tea kettle in the room.

There was an issue with the AC in my room. The manger immediately upgraded my room at no extra charge and even offered me a nice bottle of wine. Excellent service.

It’s a bit far from the old town.

A hotel that exceeded our expectations. Everything very clean and room has an extra large dressing with 2 sliding doors, both with mirrors that offered extra lighting.Everything was new and updated, from furniture to lighting system. Bed was very comfortable.Color pallet was extremely nice and offered a warm and cozy feeling.Door and card system very modern with touch interface.Great breakfast and staff very warm and welcoming!Location was also something that we appreciated.

The location was great for the tennis competition, which was my primary reason for coming to Cluj, However, the city centre was a an easy walk through a lovely park from the hotel….it could not have been better.Brilliant, professional staff who were so helpful…

Nothing could Perfecthave been better

Very well located, room extremely clean, comfortable bed and great shower. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The only thing we missed was water to drink in the room.

Very cozy hotel. Warm room. Good location. Breakfasts are top notch! We were very pleased!

This Hotel is how all the hotels should be: super clean, elegant, cozy and with a great position.Great breakfast, very nice restaurant, passionate staff. I cannot wait to comeback with my wife.

I stayed only one night and I ate only one breakfast. ?

The hotel is new, modern, very clean.20 min walk to the old city. The breakfast is plenty with hot and cold platter, sausages, veggies and fruits, desserts, juices, coffee etc. Staff is attentive and friendly

Might be a bit tough on parking during the weekend

Open 24/7 which was great for my arrival in the middle of the night, with a warm welcome. Very large room very quiet and comfortable. Excellent wifi in the room. Good breakfast. The location in the very center of the town, next to the Agricultural university, was perfect.

Close to restaurants and shopping. Very clean. Staff was very helpful.

Clean , and the staff was very nice

The small room

Good location, breakfast is fine. Shower was also good but a little small.

They were not able to get one night of the booking at the reception since it was booked via booking.com and response to request via booking took to long to change it but in the end we did not need to change anymore.

Comfortable room, friendly staff and great location

N/A ..

Spacious clean newly renovated room. Friendly staff and good location

The staff was extremely nice and helpful

The water pressure in the shower is very weak. I understand it’s a normal thing in Romania. Nothing to do with the hotel.
