Location, The staff was very friendly.

The water pipe in the hotel broke and we were left without water for a few hours. The breakfast was very poor in choices. The furniture and rooms in the hotel looked outdated. The price was way too high for the benefits.

Window was broken, towel heater not working, shower temperature variation

The room was fairly clean, however for sure not spotless, the furniture was quite old.

I had a "Do not disturb" sign on my door and cleaning still knocked and entered, which is really frustrating, it's hotel 101.Secondly the furniture was old, felt like staying in a hotel in the 2000's, and the worst part is that the entire 2st floor is renovating while accommodating guests on the 3rd floor, meaning there was constant noise all day from the renovations. This for me is not acceptable. Also the minibar of a 4 star hotel consisted in one jug of free tap water, that's it.Overall felt more like a 3 star hotel, although the price I paid was for a 4 star.

I made a mistake when booking the trip (wrong dates) but the receptionist handled it amazingly. We go our room exactly like we wished, no extra payments needed to be made. She was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

Unfortunately the sauna didn't work, I suspect it was a technical issue.

The room was big and clean, the staff very polite and helpful.The pool was exquisite and big, not like in the single picture on Booking.

There was a musty room smell, but we fixed it with the AC. The bed was squeeky and hard, unfortunately.

Poor lighting in hallways which made it a little difficult to get around when being partly blind

Strong smell of cigarette smoke in some areas (although not the bedrooms) and not as close to the centre as I had expected.

It is not my first time at the Hotel PARADIS. Staff is very well trained. The receptionist was very helpful with me as a taxi driver charged 75 lei for a ride from the airport to the hotel. Miss at the reception helped me to book a taxi directly from the hotel to the airport and it has costs to me 40 lei. THANK YOU AGAIN for your support. Breakfast has a wide range of food.

Everything was perfect. Nothing to complain about anything

Easily accessible but fairly removed from town centre, limited parking but we were lucky! Has lift access to all floors, most staff friendly and very helpful.

Restaurant was limited, but good enough.

The front desk clerk was very helpful in guiding me to proper parking. Very friendly. Room was spacious and love that the bottled water was free

No air conditioning. Room too warm

The bed, the shower, the lift.The friendliness of receptionists. Not far from airport. A short taxi ride to the proper centre.

No bar late in the evening. Awkward interior. Bizarre setting of room/bathroom 409.

Very polite staff, clean, parking, amenities, and very good location.

Nice breakfast, big room, didn't have the time to check the spa. The staff solved a booking misunderstanding and my soon had his own bad in no time.

if you like to sleep in the dark there is no way to pitch those big windows black

Always staying here when travelling but this time was way to hot in rooms couldn’t get sleep as was sweating all night AC did not work

Mostly good. Some furniture was bit old and some fixing in building required but it was clean and otherwise ok. Staff helpful and good breakfast. Location bit outside centrum but easily reached by bus or small walk.

No major complaints. If there some small things staff fixed it.

Rooms are a bit dates and in need of a fresh-up. Other then that its all good.

breakfast was nice and we looked at the spa which was small and cute. We did not use this as not enough time during stay as weather was sunny wanted to stay outside.
