Breakfast was unlimited and many options to choose from, Receptionists were always there to help , all of them spoke good English was easy to communicate.

No bin in the room, only tiny bin can in toilet. No bedside lamps , always needed use main lights before going to bed.

The positiin of the hotel, close to city center

The furniture of the room was pretty old, the electricity sockets from the wall were poorely fixed. Also the sink from the bathroom was poorely fixed and a lot of unwanted water fall on the floor everytime we were using it. One of the bulbs from the bathroom was burned, and the staff wasn't able to change it during our stay

The hotel was generally clean and staff was overall friendly. The location was very good for the purposes. Beds were comfortable.

The worst - for 2 out of 5 days there was no hot water. Informing staff did not help. Promise of a compensation was left unfulfilled as manager never called. Additionally, Topaz Boutique should not be considered 4 star hotel. It is misleading. 3 stars is utmost, based on the availability of amenities, quality of the rooms and furniture as well as breakfast. 4 star hotels overall have higher quality services like the Best Western that this hotel evidently once was.

The room was gorgeous and very clean, staff friendly and helpful, breakfast good and diverse. The city center is like 15-20 minutes away on foot.

The walls of the room were quite thin so when someone's in the room next door, you hear everything.

Shower drain was not working well. Twin bed was smaller than normal twin size.Using door key in 2023? No door card?

The room was wonderful, the bed was very comfortable, breakfast was very good, staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was good, the room was clean en sufficient.We could check inn later in the day.

It took al while untill we had warm water in the shower.And there was noise outside because the window was open all nght.En we heared a buzzing sound but we could not find out what it was.

Place looks old, lots of cracks in the walls.The wallpaper comes off in the corners.The breakfast is just from 8:30 to 10:00 in the weekends.We received no small toaleteries. We had liquid soap and shower gel full size on the wall.The room is not soundproof. At least not the windows.The is no mosquito net.I could not turn off completely the radiator. It was so hot we could not sleep so we opened the windows but there was too much street noise.Booking said 4 stars but the hotel has only 3.The tv has jiggling noise, the image is not clear.The carpet inside the room had lots of spots.We received no slippers.There were no indications of where the parking is.The coffee is one of the lowest in quality.If you want late, the milk is cold, no frother.The internet speed was not optimal for working. (developer stuff). I had to use hotspot.The lights from the round mirror in the bathroom ware broken.The shower door could not be properly closed and the shower head could be placed in just one position so all the water would leak outside the shower.No trash bin in the room, no mini bar, no fridge, no balcony, just a big window that could be opened like a balcony but with nowhere to step outside.No water (a bottle would be nice), no tea inside the room, not even a welcome message on a paper.

The rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable. The staff is kind and friendly. A good price-quality ratio. I will definitely come back.

The shower drain constantly had a bad smell coming from it, so I had to constantly keep the two windows above the shower open for the whole month I stayed there.

Location and availability for parking, staff was friendly.

Smell in the room caused by the old dirty carpet and the furniture was in a bad condition.Breakfast was poor.
