ApartHotel Zorilor

Room was large.

Far from city center, a/c didn't work even after I complained to the hotel, cigarette stink, no elevator, very outdated finishes.

Big rooms and clean. The zone is quiet. I enjoyed the stay here. Staff very helpful

Nothing to add

Spacious rooms, well equipped, quiet area

good location, very big rooms, conformable, clean !

nothing worth to mention

clean super service

hot water was missing

The apartment was clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable.

The kitchen should be better equipped

I have booked a room 3 weeks in advance When I’ve arrived at the hotel I couldn’t have access to the room because I never received the room number and access code. I ended up in the street at 1 am in the middle of the night without a room.

Clean and spacious

more shower gel and the air conditioner not working properly

Clean and very spacious, air conditioning, easy access. Very good value

Really great value for money, clean, spacious and very nice hosts! I'll definitely come back when I need.

Clean, good location. Automatic reception.

Automatic door not 100% reliable. Numpad had backlight only, activated after first digit. After 5 unsuccessful attempt, hardlocked. Phone to owner, quick help - but 5 mins outside

Curat, spatios, calduros

A nice facility, clean and in a quiet location

There was a missmatch between what was being offered at the Booking website and what was actually available. Luckily, the Zorilor staff sorted it out and the accomodation provided was even better than the Booking offer.

It's a renewed apartment in an old building. Check in and out is automated

It's a good size apartment and clean. The toilet it's big. Overall it's a good value for this apartment.

More shower gel.

The apartament looked good and the fact that it is with self check-in makes things easier.

In our 4 persons apartment the AC was only in the bedroom, not in the living room and it durned out to be a little hot.

City is ok

Flor in bathroom very very slipry no lift evrything years 50th

The place was bigger than I thought and it felt like a home away from home. We even had plates and mugs in case we wanted to have any of the meals there. The late arrival didn't come in the way of the check in, and managing to get inside the room was a straight-forward process.Zorilor is a very beautiful and quiet neighbourhood, there is even a 24hr supermarket just 10 min walk from the apartment, and during the day there are plenty of places to eat before you hit the city, or even if you just want to take a day to chill locally. Will definitely recommend them to my friends, and I will come back for any future stays.

Perhaps some extra restock of the bathroom usables.

Everything was cool! Big, clean, warm, well organized appartment. Good Internet connection. Administration is always in touch.

huge space, 2 rooms, very clean and modern, got a small kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, good heating, good quality bed, sheets, pillow etc you literally cannot find a better place for this money anywhere in cluj. pics don’t do it justice, it’s insanely fantastic!!!

couldn’t find something to dislike even if I tried
