Siesta Boutique Smart Suites

The property is awesome! Modern but at the same time cozy, the newly renovated apartment is great for an overnight stay or extended vacation. There are plenty of things to do within walking distance. City centre is only a few walking minutes away. Property manager was very communicative and helpful.

The city hall parking is conveniently located within 3 walking minutes. However, finding the entrance to the parking structure was a real challenge. Especially if not familiar with the area, and if arriving at night. A local was nice enough to show us on the map where the entrance to the parking structure was and gave step-by-steps driving instructions.

Very good value for location, spacious rooms. Rooms were cleaned when requested and cleaning was very thorough.

There is no staff manning the front desk night or day that I could see. This didn't particularly bother me but it may bother some. Check-in and Check-out are all done through a website.

Center location on a quite street. Nobody on reception but we checked in online and got in with a code provided, very convenient! The room was cleaned every day had coffee and tea provided and restocked every day. Very nice clean and modern room. Enjoyed our stay

Lovely place, design is absolutely stunning, all very well thought. Room is spacious, very warm and comfortable. Bathroom is convenient with the large shower. All amenities are there. Very clean. Checking instructions were clear. All requested info was provided very quickly by Raul, the hotel manager. We felt like home.

I had an amazing time. The location is beautiful and really close to the city centre and the other main attractions. The smart check-in is really easy to use. If I visit Cluj again I will definetly stay here.

A modern and luxurious apartment. Entry to the lobby and rooms works with codes received before arrival, and guest details are filled out digitally. There is no reception staff at the hotel, and everything is self-managed — which I find nice. The location is perfect.

The street where the hotel is located is one-way. When we missed the entrance, it took us about fifteen minutes to get back, so you should drive slowly in the right lane and not miss it. You have to stop in the right traffic lane if you want to unload your luggage, as there’s no designated stopping area. I’m attaching photos of the hotel’s front in hopes that it will help.

We keep coming back to this great property as it is conveniently located right in the center of the city, making all sights more or less accessible within walking distance. Rooms are beautiful and the check-in / check-out process is flawless. We'll definitely come back again.

It would be amazing if it offered breakfast. Not a biggie, since there's plenty of options nearby though...

The communication with the owner was very easy.from the moment he reached us out he took care of everything and helped us and welcome us with early check in with no extra charge. he was available on WhatsApp during our stay all the time for any question. the place was very clean and ready like hotel of 5 stars. The place is very secure with door with special code and maximum security.I recommend on this place also coz it’s new and furnished very modern. The location is great and central. Just 8 min walk from the entrance of Cluj arena.Don’t missed out this place yulle be very happy. It seems that this host knows what is doing.Thank you very much appreciate all your help. We will defiantly will visit in your place again.

All was great 5 stars.

We stayed at this property previously and booked again because of its great value for the cost, as well as the excellent position, everything is close by, within walking distance.

Not applicable.

This is a hotel style accommodation, but without concierge, everything is automatic. It is new, modern with a sophisticated design and extremely clean. Plus is close to historic centre. Highly recommended!

Nothing, there is no fault I can think of.

Awesome location, easy to get into and gorgeously decorated hotel. Not to mention, spacious and so comfortable.

One way street in front, and parking difficult. But still able to have taxis stop in front to load/unload. Location is worth it!

Raul is great host.

Quiet, very comfortable beds.

Super facilities. Modern. Easy communication. Very accomodating host.

The property was clean and the rooms spacious. Really liked the ample bed and check in process.

The rooms were a little hot. I kept the window open but it is a busy street so it gets pretty loud in the morning.

Excellent location, close to a lot of nice restaurants and to the main square and cathedral. Very clean, host is very responsive to messages. Our bedding wasn't quite right and he sent someone within minutes to fix it. The temperature settings were not to our liking and he also responded and fixed the issue right away. Would definitely stay here again!

very good accomodation in the center of town, very responsive owner, excellent beds! we were there with the family, everybody liked it!

Everything is great at Siesta Boutique: very spacious, clean and confortable rooms, decorated in a modern and cosy manner. The hotel is situated in the city center, close to restaurants, shops, museums etc. The communication with the owner is very smooth. A place to stay in Cluj-Napoca warmly recommended!

Clean, well appointed suite. Excellent location for cafes, restaurants, ATMs, and visiting the sights in Cluj. All within easy walking distance. Quiet also though.

Though the main bed was very comfortable, the sofa bed was less so. Also the sofa bed would benefit from a larger (wider and longer) duvet. The keyless entry was convenient, though the dead lock on the inside of the room door did not work, so felt a little vulnerable while sleeping.

Quality materials invested in the apartments. Modern look and feel.

We had to wait each time 7-8 minutes until warm water comes in the sink or shower. The floor was dirty, the socks were full of dust / dirty after only one hour in the apartment. There was a lot of dust behind the huge mirror.

The hotel is small, very nice in good location. We face problem either the hot water one day, and is took mod then hour to fix it. The manager work to fix it.
