Carpet very dirty, small bed

Employees were friendly and tried to make up for the shortcomings related to facilities.

A/C didn’t work, we had to sleep with the windows open because it was 30 degrees in the evening, and there was a lot of noise until late from a nearby terrace.We booked an economic room and we were told when we arrived at the hotel that our room was 3-star, even though it wasn’t mentioned anywhere that the economy option was rated 3 stars.

Just size of room

There is not glass and coffee or tea. Windows are very small. Like home. Not like a hotel. We paid high amount but even breakfast was so bad

Good location, wih free private parking for hotel guests, close to public transport.Large restaurant, large terrace.Kind stuff.

15 march, no posibility for cooling, ac only works for heating at that time. It is NOT a big deal breaker.For a vegan, not that many choices for breakfast.

I think the location is nice, at the front of the lake and next to the shopping centre. We booked the hotel, as it is near the airport. Rooms are clean and staff is accommodating and friendly. We did not get the chance to check the breakfast, as we ledt so early, but we received breakfast package, which was nice.

Beds and mattresses need to be renewed...Also building starts to be outdated...(90's modern).

Location was great.

Breakfast was good, but the setting area for the food was tight . We got there at 8:30 am and together with other people and was crowded.

Fast check in and out. Kind staff. Very nice location, a park around. Shopping center next to the hotel.

Very thin walls,you could hear the neighbors switching the lights on/off.

The location is nice and convenient, however it was noisy during our stay (music and traffic, could not sleep with the window open)

The breakfast was very poor, almost ran out of food (and coffee beans) before 9:30, and the staff was not really proactive about it. Not a lot of options, either. The terrace is right next to the parking lot, and there were construction works/ materials stored next to it. Not very inviting.

Instead of me spending 3 nights ..I had to leave after two.. the beds where so bed that my back is still hurting me, rags pillow , feeling like stones Food was not fresh, very tight rooms,

The mattress of beds ruined my back and I had to leave early

I appreciate that you responded to my request and decided to put me on the 6th floor with the view lake, and the suite is so nice.

The location and the fact the it had parking available. The stuff was really friendly and helpful

It was a little bit hot inside the room and there was a smell of chlorine when we entered the room. This told us that the space was really clean but I cannot stand the chlorine smell.

The lady at the check in when we arrived was the best.Great location for electric castle festival as buses leave from there.Asked for a vegan breakfast and every day they accommodated this.Super comfy breakfast

The floor wasn't cleaned as we found all sorts of glitter or dirt but everything else which was great compensated

I really like this hotel in Cluj, I always book the room there when I travel to Cluj. The hotel is close to the airport, also just outside the hotel is a large shopping mall. The view from the room towards the lake was breath taking. The young lady at reception was very nice, professional and helpful. I will definitely be back to this place because I like everything about it.

Staff were too busy to prepare the coffee machine.One of the staff was in a loud telephone meeting in the breakfast area while scraping dirt off her glasses... NOT normal behavior.

There were four or five guests at the hotel. The receptionist wanted to charge us RON 350 for a late checkout. Perfect service was not provided at this hotel.

Very delicious România breakfast. The room was clean and good. Great view to the lake. Mini bar. Smart TV. Five steps to buss station. and Julius Mall.I'm very satisfied with hotel.Will come to visit Cluj-Napoca, and will stay here again.
