Nice and tidy, clean and welcoming, good suport from the reception desk

Breakfast was good and enough.

3 out of 3 nights there were some kind of an event in the hotel when everything in the room was shaking from the volume and the bass. We didn't have a chance to rest or talk or sleep till 10:00 pm.Last day we get a room temporarly on the 3rd floor where the noise was a little bit more bearable.If we had known about the events, I am sure we would not have chosen this hotel.

location is very good, room is clean and comfortable, everything works well.

Interaction between staff and client is poor, it gives the impression that staff is unhappy with their own situation. Our room was charged by booking.com. On arrival a gent acknowledged this, but on checking out another lady kept insisting that it was not paid. We almost had to prove payment by showing her the bank statement. She should have known better. Breakfast is not a great experience, but for the amount paid it was more than enough.

spotless stay! the beds are super comfy, there is also the restaurant right downstairs with food cooked just like at your mom's :)

The bathroom has a bad smell, the food on the breakfast was cold and not enough.

Big clean rooms, good breakfast

Had to make the sofa bed for my kids myself, with sheets that were too small and they haven't even provide blanket, pillow and towels for my 5 year old even though I have booked the room for 4 person, not 3 like they told me. The receptionist brough us a pillow and blanket on my demend but did not seem to bother. He was moody. I think this place has potentials but needs some kind of hospitality training for their staff.

Room: a bit weird construction where the doors of the shower fold into the shower, so you have space to sit on the toilet. Doors of that shower look like they can fall off and when you shower, whole bathroom is wet.Comfort: Very uncomfortable to work ( no decent space to put the laptop to work.No Watercooker to prepare tea/coffeeNo elevator... Not very wheelchair friendly ( mainy steps/stairs )

Good breakfast and restaurant with terrace. Clean room and bathroom. Free parking close to the hotel.

Noisy room, since 6 AM until 11.pm because of the flights. Old TV set.

The room seemed clean but a used towel from previous guests had been left on the towel rail. There was also a lot of pink mould in the shower area.The fridge in the room did not work - when we plugged it in, the fridge got really hot like it was overheatingThe sheet kept coming off the mattress - it seemed too small for the bed and it's not nice seeing the mattress in a hotel!At breakfast, the coffee machine did not have any milk in it and some of the items had run out by 8:30. There was no staff around at all until we had almost finished eating

Breakfast is not varied enough, and the quality has been declining over the past 3 years. I come here for a week once a year!

Big rooms and bathrooms

Not alerting you in advance when there are parties. If I knew that there is a wedding in the premises I would have cancelled as the noise was unbearable.

The rooms and the bathrooms r very big and comfortable. Plenty if space around you.

Nice and clean

Would be nice if you arrive at a later hour the doors to be opened and not have to wake up a sleeping employee to open the door for you

The room was clean all the time but next time I will book with a balcony which will be more wonderful. Good price! Breakfast was sufficient, but I would like to have more vegetables for someone who doesn't eat sausage of any kind in the morning. It was clean, and everything I wanted and asked for, the staff did and was extremely kind.

Found an actual cockroach on my bed which did not seem to alarm the reception at all.

It was convenient close to the university where we had some work to do. It was quite modern, clean, open restaurant all day (which is good as they are not so many in the area), nice decorations and plants. They allowed us to checking earlier

In the weekend the breakfast starts from 8 (but during the week is from 7) and we couldn't take it one day - there was no option to change to have it in the day we arrived. There was a wedding in the weekend - at first floor we could hear it in the room - but could have been worse.
