Clean and spacious room. The location very good. The breakfast was ok.

I benefited from an unexpected room upgrade – a very pleasant surprise! The staff at the front desk and in the breakfast room were sociable, kind and friendly. The location of the hotel was a great advantage for the purpose of my visit to Cluj, and it was just a few minutes walk from the central square. The room felt fresh and clean, and the air conditioner worked well on a hot day.

Splitting the inner courtyard with neighbors for parking is a bit unusual and can be challenging when passing by the corner of the building with a larger car...

Family hotel where the owners are trying their best to satisfy their guest.We were looking for a family room, because of the small kids, but at the end we got two double ones.Both of them had their pros and cons. One of them was a bit noisy during the small hours, because it was facing the main boulevard, and the other one was feeling/smelling like a dusty even though it was clean(both were).Breakfast was ok, nothing special, but you get the basics.Privately owned parking and if you are lucky you might get a present and not pay for it ;).

Great location, walking distance from Piata Unirii, one of the well known squares in the city full of history. Friendly and helpful staff.Very good coffee. Clean rooms.I would recomand this place.

Warm and welcome staff that was super delightful to interact with. When it rained heavily, they even gave us a set of umbrellas. Good and spacious room. Very clean. Warm showers. They gave us pointers on where to go in Cluj. Just overall a delightful experience. Will be coming back.

Everything was perfect, and the staff were so polite and respectful, helpful and kind… I was amazed of them -amazing job all of you are doing?!

Perfect for crashing for a night. It met all my needs and they even upgraded me. The staff at reception was very helpful and made sure the check-out was very straightforward and quick.

Awesome hotel, basically 4-star quality for a 3-star price. Everything is new and perfectly clean. Very comfortable rooms with enough space and all the necessities, lovely and helpful staff, great location within walking distance to the city center. Breakfast is decent and worth the money. Wifi is good enough even for working from your room. Great service overall, highly recommended.

Very kind staff, very good breakfast, very close to "Casa Maramureseană" (restaurant with traditional Romanian food, it's a 3-minute walk away).

Very handy location, easy walk into the old town. The staff were always very polite and helpful. Air-conditioning worked well.

The super king bed had two single mattresses, one was a newer hard mattress and the other was a softer old one that had sunk in the middle.

Staff was really kind and helpful. The place (both the community areas and the room) was spotlessly clean. WiFi worked well (could be faster, but generally it was OK). Not too far from the city center.

Very good hotel in a convenient location, it is basically downtown, just a short walking distance from all major things. We got free a upgrade to a larger room and that was very comfortable with a lot of space.The breakfast was great with quite a few options to choose from.The staff is absolutely friendly and helpful.I would definitely return.

Nothing really to complain about. I have have to mention something, I would notice that the shower cabin is very tight, it is a bit uncomfortable. And my partner complained about the coffee at the breakfast not being really good. But there are many options for a great coffee at a short walking distance.

The staff at Hotel Alexis are fantastic, they're very friendly and helpful. I really felt like they were trying to make my stay as comfortable as it could be. My room was clean and well-maintained, as was the rest of the hotel.

The hotel decor is quite old-fashioned, although that can be quite charming in its own way.

Everything was great. Hotel is close to city center. Breakfast was nice. The staff was great. The internet was good. There is a parking space in the yard.
