-Good size room for a family of 4. -Online check-in was quick, key handling through a box convenient, instructions given were clear.-Location is great, a short walk away from the main square. Many eateries and shops in the near.-Breakfast was good, cosy atmosphere and staff is very kind!-We could park in the yard which was very convenient.Thank your for this great stay:)

The hotel is positioned in a good area, rooms are nice but...

All the rooms are facing the courtyard where a handful of people were drinking until 2am and being absurdly loud - screaming, blasting music (including from their car), throwing stuff. I called the property management - and it turns out I spoke to a person who was actually one of the people in the courtyard. The situation continued well past my phone call.

Breakfast was ok , no complains. The guy from the front desk was very helpful.

Basically you can hear everything what happens outside, the bed in the 3 bed unit is making a lot of noise . in the bathrooms need to check the air vents . Both rooms i had the air went was filled with dust. TV in both units not functionable, signal low .

Wonderful location 10min walk from downtown in a charming renovated old building. There's also parking (ask for availability).

We were there only one night. After online check in we didn’t see any staff. Key was beside door in safe box. There were only 6 spots to park. We were lucky to get one. It met our needs for that night

Hanul Fullton is a nice budget hotel located in the historic center of Cluj-Napoca. The rooms are spacious and clean with good Wi-Fi. Overall, a good place to stay for a night or two.

The old style of architecture, like Spanish open courtyard house. The room was spacious it was great for four people. The breakfast was adorable. Nice buffet spread perfect for the size of the hotel. The coffee was great, with options of making the type of coffee depending on preference, espresso, cappuccino, long coffees, etc. The Hotel is a part of a cicivi initiative or a project of helping homeless, orphan children and the most vulnerable in Cluj. The manager, so to speak, or one of the people who oversees the project was helpful in a short chat we had and was approachable and friendly with all of the guests during breakfast. Side note, you can park your car in the courtyard not there is space.

The bathtub seemed to be leaking and it created a bit of mess.

Room had 2 levels. On the upper there is a bedroom. On lower - toilet. To get to the toilet you need to go through stairs.Breakfast was good, but a bit cold

Great location close to the city center, the main train station, and the bus station for the express bus to the airport. Self check in. Large room on two levels. Traveled alone and felt safe. I will stay again.

Poor Wi-Fi. No elevator. Not so much of a problem for me since I traveled with a backpack.

I had 2 nights in a row people next door banging and smashing the walls making it unbearable to sleep

Less noise

Proximity to the city centre.The in looks very lovely from the garden.The staff was really helpful. We had an issue with a double reservation and they solved it right away together with Booking.com

There was noise at night, so not exactly the property’s “problem”, but since we sleep with windows open for air, I woke up a couple of times.

Good location. Easy 15 min walk to old town. Quiet. Family run. Affordable.

Sometimes the hot water for showers ran low.

Centrally located and clean, the building is beautiful, there are parking options on the premises.

The room was really cold, it did not get warmer throughout the night, the heater in the bathroom did not work at all. When we realised it is so cold we tried to contact the reception but it was already closed.

An attractive hotel, clean and well furnished. Helpful staff when I needed to leave a bag for the day. Location is only 5 mins from the old town, with plenty of bakeries, cafes and convenience stores just round the corner.

There is a lack of "people" to speak to. Check-in was remote (key in a key safe) and reception was unmanned for much of of my stay - so no-one explained where the restaurant was or breakfast times etc. I never had breakfast as I was starting my day early before the restaurant opened (or perhaps it was open but I just never found the restaurant).

The bathroom

It was too cold even with the heaters on maximum, the ac would not heat, a lit of the furniture was very used and in poor condition. Also, the curtains are transparent and people literally walk past your window
