Good looking hotel, modern, clean.Great staff, very professional and helpful.Spacious, comfotable, clean room.Good location, not very central, but well connected.Great breakfast, varied and delicious.

Parking is a hassle when there are events going on at the hotel.It would be great to have a coffee/tea setup and free water in the room.The 'no personal items' rule for the fridge is a bit ridiculous.

The staff were so welcoming and helpful in the reception and the restaurant.

The cleaning services need to be improved , I had to ask every day for the cleaning services and to provide me new clean towels and shampoo.

Everything was perfect. Rich breakfast. Comfort and very clean rooms.

While I will not comment on the location (not interesting for the purpose of my staying there), I can say that the staff was friendly, helpful and professional, the room was very clean, breakfast was good (quality and diversity). Also, there is free parking (and a parking spot seems to be priceless in Cluj).I am rating with a 10 because it was exactly what I needed for the goals of our 3 days staying in Cluj.

Friendly, polite, helpful and discrete staff, at the front desk, in the restaurant and at the bar, doing their best to make your stay a pleasant one... I was offered a room upgrade to a bigger (truly big one) with a wonderful view of the city; very fast check in/out, quality breakfast and a real nice dinner; comfy parking and good Internet.

Things were just fine; still, like in 90% of the (many) hotels I've visited, the fight to keep the carpets in perfect condition is always a challenge...

The room was nice and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a huge choice and very friendly service by the breakfast team.

There was no closet in the room so we couldn't unpack the suitcase. The cleaning service was not great. Each day we had to remind them about something they forgot. One day they only brought one towel, the other day they forgot the shampoo. Also the location is out of the city center. It is about 20 minutes drive and there is also an option to take a bus from the hotel to the center of town.

Extremely small parking, at some hours no place to leave the car, the parking under hotel only for small cars. Location of the hotel not best for the ones travelling to the east and north - every day plus 45 minutes in traffic jam. Sauna exists, but was not ready to use (not heated).
