Spacious room, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast

Great breakfast. Quick and great room service too.

The room furniture reminds me of a student campus really, the entire hotel is pretty elegant and posh but the room itself is very poor.

I couldn't sleep until 3:00 aftre midnight because of the noise from other guests. Only when I called the concierge to complain did the noise stop. I find this unacceptable for a hotel like West City.

There was no phone signal . The meal was not good. The house speciality came row, and the desert half frozen

We had a nice and quiet stay. Breakfast options were rich. Clean and elegant. Suitable for our goals and not very far to visit the city center (with a cab).

- Very clean.- Very nice and helpful staff.- The sheets and towels were spotless, and everything in the room worked perfectly—no broken sockets or missing bulbs.- The Wi-Fi was excellent, with good speed and coverage throughout the hotel.- Breakfast was good, offering a decent selection to start the day.- The mattress was firm, which I personally prefer, so I had a comfortable sleep.

- The location was a major drawback for me. The hotel is in Florești, not Cluj-Napoca, in a rather unattractive industrial-residential area. If you’re planning to explore the city, you’ll need to rely on Uber/Bolt/taxi (6-10 EUR one way) or walk 10-15 minutes to the bus stop at Vivo Shopping Centre, through an unappealing neighborhood. Definitely not ideal for visiting Cluj-Napoca on foot.- The shower cabin was very small, with limited space to move, and the water pressure was disappointingly low.- The design of the hotel was one of the ugliest I’ve seen in years. The lobby and rooms felt depressing and uninspired, which didn’t make for a pleasant atmosphere.- The views from the room were dull blocks of flats and industrial surroundings.- Considering the inconvenient location, I found the price to be high for what was offered.

The lady from the reception desk took picture to my ID so she can upload the data in the system later. That,s not legal and she should not do that.

I had a wonderful stay at West City Hotel in Cluj. The staff was incredibly hospitable, always going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, which made a great impression from the moment we arrived. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and attention to detail.

Although there is a construction site nearby, and we were occasionally woken up by the noise of machinery, the overall experience was still very positive.

Good accommodation option, high comfort and cleanness standards that you will definitely enjoy. If you want to have nothing to worry about, from free parking to great breakfast, this is the place.

Quite far from the city center, which could be difficult if you don't have your own car.

The Staff is amazing, and the Restaurant serves really great means. Highly recommend.

The third bed (folding bed) left there in the room, even if not necessary. Just taking some space I a not large room.

The breakfast was great, lot’s of choice on the food and drinks.

Sadly the climate control, was not cold enough to keep the room at a cold temperature. And there where Some teenagers across the hall, who had the idea to make a lot off fun till 2.30 am, until my girlfriend decided to knock on the door, tongetje them quiet.

Excelent breakfast, one of the best in the last period. I think that next time I'll try the restaurant since it was packed in the evening so I'm waiting to see why.

Far from city center with poor public transport while driving a car is not an option (parking in the city is a nightmare).
