Very nice place

The bed had two beds pushed together. Not a true king size. Was not comfortable being a crack down the middle. We should have just moved one bed away. Was the only disappointment ?

We like this time especially the spa wellness facilities and the swimming pool outside. Really great facilities. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Everything was perfect, from the location, the staff and room cleanness.

Fantastic place, superb! The pool was exquisite, the room and view absolutely amazing!

Pool schedule - starting only at 10 am, was the only thing we didn't like: people that love swimming might enjoy an early swim, pool (and spa!) should be opened earlier. Luckily, the staff allowed us to swim earlier - grateful for that.

This is the third time we stayed at this hotel and I can say that we will continue to do so whenever we are at the city. The rooms are very spacious, you cannot find hotels with this size of rooms anymore. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of options at the buffet. They solved the WiFi problem, this time it worked perfectly. Facilities (sauna, pool, bar) is well.

Nothing much to say

The room was large, the king-size bed was oversized. The room was clean and well-maintained. The bathroom is a great size and the balcony was awesome.

The only thing I did not like was the shower pan in the shower.

The breakfast was always the same and low quality of foods with poor selection. It was definitely not what I expected for a five star hotel.

It is a bit far from city center.

The rooms were spacious, very clean, and had a stunning view over the city.

The worst part was the restaurant, but let's start with the hotel. It simply looks and feels kitschy. Trying to convey grandeur, but failing miserably. The promised outdoor pool was near empty of water. We didn't try the indoor spa, because you were supposed to reserve it. Why? The restaurant was a disgrace. A Mojito had only a hint of alcohol and was made with Sprite. The Irish Coffee also only had a hint of whiskey. The waitress was nice but poorly trained and did not know how to handle it. First reaction was "this is what the recipe says". Eventually, they added a bit of alcohol. The steak was miniature. For breakfast, you had to ask for coffee - no machine. And only instant coffee in the room. Hello? 5 stars? Not even close. One has the impression they spent all their money on glitz, and now need to recover it by nickling and diming customers to death.

You should let your guests charge at the EV charging stations in the parking garage. You told us they didn’t work, but one day an employee was charging there.

Good location, very clean and comfortable room. We received a surprise and got at check in an upgrade on our room. Breakfast was delicios and divers. Spa area was great and very clean and relaxing. Hotel offered us everything we needed.Overall was awesome!

The room was well equipped, large and with a nice view over the city. The food was good and the SPA area was really nice.

I feel the employees are not adequately trained to meet the standards of a 5-star hotel and management should invest more in this. They were not very attentive (especially in the SPA area), and they seemed a bit clumsy and lacking in friendliness. While it wasn’t a major issue, I would expect better service at a 5-star hotel. Another downside was the bed: although we had a large double bed, it consisted of two mattresses with a gap between them. This wasn’t ideal for a couple.

Beautiful hotel with great breakfast and very nice spa. The night we arrived there was a problem with the hot water in the bathroom and the staff was really nice and kind and gifted us with a late check out and a free spa entry the day after.
