The location ia good

The bed linen was dirty and smelled very bad, the bathroom also smelled bad, the shower was full of hair, I didn’t expect to be so disappointed with the cleanliness of the room.

Location, good value, self checkin

When we arrived at the location, we were disappointed to find that the room we were given was not the same as the one shown in the booking photos. The allocated room was somewhat dirty, with scratched and dirty walls, stained curtains, and a poorly vacuumed floor. As a result, we decided to leave after one night and book another place. While the stay was very budget-friendly, we were unfortunate to end up with one of the less appealing rooms. On a positive note, we appreciated the fast and convenient self-check-in process, as well as the great location of the property.

The room was quiet, warm and cosy, the bathroom - spotless, towels and sheets of soft white cotton. I booked a twin/double and they set it up as a double as per my request, printed my bill, super fast polite service. The view over Cluj was lovely.

A place to lay your head. 2 single duvet instead of a double.

Self check in pretty easy, that was probably the only plus.

Hotel is right by the cemetery, the room was dirty.. dust on the headboard, stains on the walls.. poor quality sheets.. pictures are probably from the times they just opened.. the reality isn’t really like that..

Quiet room

This is not a hotel but rather a hostel. No receptionist at check in or check out, a bunch of key cards on the reception desk. All with the acces codes written on them.I had to call the hotel number and i was told to pick up the card for my room.Security is not great as the codes for acces are the same for the main door but more problematic for the rooms as the locks can be opened by keycard or by code. I could have entered any room as the codes were written on the cards and all cards were on the reception desk. I stayed before amd it was the same.Also i had to ask twice for my invoice as they promised it will be ready at checkout but it wasn"t. This was a bit frustrating.I consider it was a bit expensive for what was offered.

Smaller hotel, outside of the center, with private parking. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

I only stayed one night, cannot mention anything.

Easy check in.

1. The room was stinky. I almost puked upon entering. I had to ventilate it for a few hours. 2. AC was old and loud 3. Very small parking 4. No receptionist. Entry cards with full names were left on the counter for everyone to see.

Location a bit far from the centre and the rooms are good for the price but there is no charm at all so I don’t think I will stay here again

There was no receptiinist, the A/C didn't work properly there were no toiletries in the bathrooms

The aircon, comfortable bed, modern room and good shower facilities. Available mini fridge also handy.

We were able to check in early with no problem. Our room was spacious and very clean. The female staff was friendly. It is walking distance to a grocery store.

It's location on the main road and surrounds by other businesses made it somewhat difficult to see. You should use the local taxi service to get there.

This hotel is quite new and has an automated 24 access rather than reception staff. It also has car parking and nice rooms. It is easily found being on the main road into the town centre and is easily within walking distance of the town if you are keen. The breakfast lass was very friendly.

The only difficulty was in reading the keypad in the afternoon sun It was a little tricky first time but try again and its ok.

Location was good, walkable distance to go downtown, but the return is uphill. No problem: several buses will take you back in less than 10 minutes and payment with credit card is possible. I had a very quiet room facing the car park, the bed was comfortable and an empty minibar was provided in the room. Breakfast was enough for me. A mall and supermarket are nearby.

Usually there is no one at reception. I arrived around 8 pm for check in, was able to get into the hotel because other guests were getting out, and then had to call the receptionist who gave me instructions. Finally I made my way to my room. Also for some reason the room was very hot.

it was quite cold in the hotel room, and window was not properly sealed - cold air was entering the room constantly.
