Nice interior court, where you could sit for breakfast, exceptionally friendly staff, very good breakfast buffet, very central location. Convenient Megamarkt store directly across, open until 24:00.

Window towards the interior court, toilet paper had been forgotten, hand shower in big tub without curtain. Parking to be paid extra and subject to availability.

Great location, within walking distance of most attractions in Cluj (not that there are that many). We had the front triple room with windows on the street and we thought it would be noisy but it was actually very quiet. Room was huge. Older, shows it age but comfortable.

Bath had no curtains so you had to be careful with the handheld sprayer. Breakfast was adequate, would be nice if they had some muesli rather than corn flakes or puffed chocolate sugar bombs.

The hotel is in a great location and has secure parking (at a price.) The staff is very helpful and kind.

No coffee in the room, so you need to wait until breakfast opens at 7AM.

Everything! The staff was great, I messaged them on the night before ariving for a room upgrade. They were prompt and serious!

Amazing location. Furniture was beautiful, solid wood, antique and Soviet-style. Friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast was fine, nothing spectacular. Warm and cold selection. The beautiful wooden floor was also very creaky and noisy whenever someone walked around. No elevator.

Noise from restaurant below till 10 pm

The room was ok, the staff very attentive, the breakfast was good.

The only drawback is the noise from the boulevard.

Very accommodating English-speaking staff. Excellent location close to the Old town. Breakfast was served buffet style and was exceptional with many choices. The street-side address makes it easy to call up a rideshare service.

Room is very dated

For my needs, the location of the hotel was perfect, it was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. The breakfast was diverse and abundant, the quiet atmosphere and the fact that the hotel is practically situated in a backyard is an advantage because the noise is dimmable. I stayed a night longer than the reservation, but it was no problem.

I don't have any complaints. I can only say that being an old hotel (well restored) the room and the bathroom are quite small. I was alone and it was not a problem, but for more persons it is not very confortable.

Bed was not good.

We were here for the Untold festival.The location is great, only 10min walk to the park where the festival is. The bathroom was newly renovated so it was very nice and clean.

Very noisy rooms because of the restaurant in the inner courtyard. The beds were small and the pillows were awfull, so overall it was hard to have a decent sleep. Breakfast was only until 10:00 even if almost everyone in the hotel were there for the festival and they were returning home to have a sleep around 5-6 in the morning. The room prices during the festival are at least 3 times more than a regular night, but this is common for all Cluj acommodations. The issue was that when asking for a late checkout the price was half a night, but applied to that huge price even the festival was over. I'd say poor management, so we gave up.

The hotel is really in the center of Cluj, everything is close. Very warm in the room. Clean. Huge selection of channels on tv. In general, everything very ok.

Nothing bothered me much.
