Everything in the room is in bad shape. Mattress, bathroom, broken toilet lid…

nothing to dislike

I just liked that this hotel was near the bus station from where we had to take the bus. That's why selected this hotel.

There was no Lift, No AC and we cou;dn't open the window also because there was no net on the window. Resturant was also not working. At the time of booking it was showing resturant in the hotel available.

The location and the view

Too noisy in the morning in the hallway …. The cleaning ladies need to remember that it is a hotel and people travel any time of day and night… I arrived at the hotel 4 am and few hours later I was awaken by some chatty cleaners…..

Excellent location a short walk from the main railway station. Plenty of buses also stop very close.

Close to main bus station and Cluj train station, small super market and bakery downstairs, ok if you want to have a quick stopover close to train station it seems its the only option.

Everything , from cold showers , dirty floors , no light.

I liked the perfect location (right beside Fany bus terminal). Some of the staff were also very nice.

the biggest problem was the noise: we couldn't sleep because of people banging their doors and going up and down the stairs, talking loudly. this went on for a couple hours at night. the place wasn't as clean as we had wished for. there were some dirty spaces (hairs on the bedsheets) and one big bug on the wall we noticed as soon as we entered. the bathroom on the other hand was clean

Fairly close to the train station but there is a steep hill to climb before you reach the hotel. The facilities were clean and the bedding had been washed clean. Floor was nice and clean too. The central heating worked and so the room was really warm and I could keep the window open throughout (I found it open already anyway).

Bedding is aged. Some evidence that some cigarette burned through the duvet at some point by someone in the past. Toilet door in room 205 could not latch into closed position and it was evident that the hotel staff knew about this as unsuccessful repairs have been attempted before as can be seen by some wire screwed into the door frame! Grouting on tiles unsightly in parts and some dark brown or black sealant has been applied. Unless they replace the bedding with new bedding and tidy up the bathrooms they should reduce their accommodation rates... I have stayed in cheaper places that were much nicer looking and feeling than this.

Good size room for a solo traveler

Housekeeping starts early and it’s a bit noisy from the nearby road. Not a problem if you are a solid sleeper ☺️

Cheap

Room smelt heavily of cigarettes. Staff on arrival not very helpful. Room bed covers not changed daily..

No frills budget business style hotel, convenient for late arrival/early departure at the nearby railway station. Everything works but getting a bit frayed at the edges and in need of a refurb.

Staff were a little abrupt. Breakfast was advertised through hotel advertising (not booked via Booking.com) but was told not available.

Weak Wifi, no lift(elevator), there are bugs but not many

Asked for a non smoking room but got one which could definitely was one which has been smoked in before as the smell was badAlso, there were lots of bugs in the room and the ceilings in both the bathroom.and room were mouldy.
