Very nice hotel, clean, friendly staff.

Breakfast was nice and tasty but not replenished at all. When we arrived some things were missing and still more people arrived but I didn’t see anyone checking or restocking the items. The room was clean and comfortable but the shower was not draining and filling up quickly so had to keep stopping the shower and wait for a while so we didn’t cause a flood.

Room was spacious and nice. Staff was great. Plenty of parking right in front of the entrance

The room was spacious, bedsheets were very clean.The bathroom had a very unpleasant odor.We stayed two nights, no cleaning, the towels were not changed, toiletries not provided.

Nice hotel at the ring of the city, comfortable bed and sufficient space, normal breakfast.

Great expectations when you see the reception. Breakfast was okay

The expectations were not met by the reality. The room was tired, the carpet stained, scuffs to the wall. The bathroom has a cistern that kept the water running into the toilet which when you hear it you are continually hearing it and was annoying. Obviously this had been an ongoing problem as the panel to flush the toilet was loose on the wall and came away showing plumbing in cavity behind. The basin tap when left in the cold position leaked. The shower head would not hold in the shower and the drain needs cleaning as the shower tray didn't drain well. No plug in the sink and a previous guests plastic tube cap was lodged down in the pipe. the water glasses in the room were dirty.

Good welcome and check in Close to our onward route. Safe motorcycle parking. Excellent value for money.

The staff in the terrace bar and at breakfast we found un co-operate sullen and almost rude. Not customer service focused. They spoilt the stay. Shower cubicle door were off the rollers difficult to close

Me and my husband stayed for 5 nights at this hotel. Room very clean and staff were very helpful and polite.Restaurant staff were very friendly and help us for any choice regarding food. Food was very good.

- very large room;- very comfortable bed, but had to ask for 2 extra pillows;- breakfast was ok, not the best for 4 stars, but ok;

- even if we found the information that it has massage services, it doesn't;- had to iron some clothes and couldn't because the facility was not available, not even an iron to do it myself in the room;- the air conditioner was working intermittently and was very noisy from time to time.

Noise from traffic ( we got a room with the view towards main street). Also the price is quite high for the amenities.

We stayed there for a whole week , cleaning was ok but they did not change bed linen for the whole stay … outside was -5 but the heaters stop working after midnight…the shower broken and water was running in all directions! they could make some improvements for a 4* hotel …

A bit noisy due to traffic outside and lots of cigarettes smell in the room

Terrible service and cold

Cold rooms and when asked about heating told it was summer (end September) and nothing they could do. Ironically the staff were setting up a heater behind reception.
