The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very kind and attentive.

Location, restaurant. Welcome drink. Good breakfast!

Comfort. The bed mattress was not quality at all, I felt like I was sleeping in a valley. Should be thrown away!Zero heating in the room at my late arrival.Superior room should not be called like that just for being large in size.

I booked last minute, the rooms were very clean. Even when checking in late someone came to the desk immediately to check me in. Very friendly and attentive staff. Great cleaning personnel!

Sometimes I could hear my neighbours, but that's okay for the price.

In the past forty years, I stayed in hotels, this one was the first that looked better in reality than in the pictures provided by booking.comThe staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. We book a stay at Hotel Opál at the drop of a hat.

The gate to the parking lot only opens when you get very close to it. Too close for my liking. - There are no signs directing you to the parking lot, thus, I had to ask the receptionist how to get there.

Everything was generally very good

A member of staff was hoovering outside our bedroom between 2-4Am! He persisted after being advised he was keeping ing us awake . Had to complain to receptionist.

The staff was very helpfull and very quickly managed to fulfill our requests

In some of the rooms, due to security reasons, the windows couldn't be opened.
