The look of the place, modern.
The A/C was not working at all, the weather wasn't even hot yet, but the rooms are on the second floor and it was very hot and uncomfortable. After mentioning this to the stuff, they admitted that it's been an ongoing issue and even in the winter they had problems regulating the temperatures.
The decoration and cleanness of room was excellent. It was cosy and silent enough to relax. The dinner was delicious. Very recommended for the wide range of entertainment they offered!
They do not have king size bed!The breakfast was not as well as a 4-star hotel. It could be better. The jacuzzi was not clean to use!
Locaion and design
Complete scam. We paid for half board. Hotel gave us a coupon for dinner at a nearby restaurant, which is part of the hotel company. At the restaurant, we showed our coupons, were showed a table, and given the menu to choose our meal. Food was fine. When leaving the restaurant, I asked to pay for our drinks, which is surplus in all hotels/ establishments. We were asked to pay for our dinner too!!!! Our coupons were worth 1,000 HUF (approx 2,6 Euro each). The bill put forward was 19,000 HUF (approx 50 Euro). Retaurant told us that the hotel reception should have informed us about the policy. Next morning we complained at the hotel receptionist lady. She told us the restaurant should have informed us about the policy. Well, this was a complete scam and organised rip off.
Everything was at superlative! New, clean, modern rooms, very polite and helpful staff, incredible nice and silent place (located in the forest but close to the center). Very appropriate for business travels as well.
Great atmosphere with great view. The hotel itself is gorgeous too.
