The staff, the location, the room. Hotel employee was very kind and helpful!

It is very nice,and clean. Stuff very friendly.

At the reciption it is a strong cigarett smoke smell,I guess from the bar where is possible to smoke amd is strange because it feels in the elevator,too.

Every day the breakfast so nice and good location for participation the meeting at University of Slavonski Brod.

Breakfast was unconventional and inspired with local dishes which was a pleasant surprise. Beds are really comfy and I had a room with great view.

For a 4 star hotel I do expect coffe maker or at least water kettle in the room

Central location and a very friendly and helpful chief receptionist who changed the whole impression - helped me with parking and was very attentive

It was really cold in the room, 18-19 degrees is not what you want to get for the price

Breakfast was decent. The lady who was there and later did a checkout was extremely polite, helpful & apologetic because of the bathroom.

The bathroom is under a roof. For men, it is practically impossible to pee (the way we men pee). The shower cabin is also very small and partially very low. Shower holders are a joke.Photos attached.It is a lottery to find hotel*s "free parking" (even google couldn*t do it), apparently only 50 meters away. The lady at the reception said that there were no available spaces left anyway.

Spacious, but otherwise standard hotel room.Friendly, helpful staff.They gave me some breakfast even though I was too late for breakfast.In the center of a small town, but a bit difficult to find the way by car.

The room was too expensive for a standard (but good) hotel room in a provincial town in Croatia.Curtains are transparent, so the room was light early in de morning.

It is an old property, the mattress was so old that I fell into the bed. Samo thing is with the pillows. Everything is so old and the room had that unpleasent old smell. The hotel needs to ne renewed asap.

The location of the hotel is in the heart of the town, right on the promenade. The staff is very friendly and kind, everything was perfect. Cleanliness is at a high level.
