Pros +
- The home is in the middle of the country and the landscaping "around" it is beautiful and scenic. If you are interested in experience the OLD era of the Tuscan countryside staying at your grandma's house then this is ideal. Everything is very old (think original) nothing updated, no plugs for your devices. It's sadly unfortunate that this property has so much potential and yes, I love the authentic feel of the Tuscan life but I prefer luxury when it comes to my stays. The breakfast and everything else is "extra" so be prepared to pay for coffee and anything else you want. Beds were not comfortable and we both got allergic to something in the bed, perhaps the soap but nonetheless I cannot recommend this property.

- Fantastic location, friendly staff, amazing views, comfortable rooms.
Cons -
- The old feeling of everything from the late 80s' not updated and they should invest in giving you upgraded toiletries at the very least and a decent blanket not from your grandmothers attic. it's also very loud when bedrooms beside you are sleeping and leaving.
- There are a lot of frogs and lizards, if you are afraid, be aware of that. I would change the shower cabin. The rest is perfect.
- Road leading to hotel . Rough and bumpy. Some smoothing would help.

Fantastic location, friendly staff, amazing views, comfortable rooms.
Gorgeous views, beautiful accommodation, delicious dinners, warm and friendly staff.
Road leading to hotel . Rough and bumpy. Some smoothing would help.
The location was excellent, right in the middle of beautiful countryside and very close to multiple towns and landmarks. The hotel and grounds were beautiful, very well kept and classic Tuscan style. The owner was a very friendly and helpful couple, they tried everything to help us. They spoke no English so Google translate helped us out ?
Everything was great except the restaurant was closed for dinner on a night that wasn't specified. Check ahead.
Breathtaking views, clean rooms, delicious homemade dinner and very nice and friendly staff. Much recommended?
A stylish villa located in Tuscany, it is really beautiful and big , with a stunning Tuscany panaroma view , we love it very much. The staff should be their own family, they are very friendly and helpful , there is a cute dog will welcome you once you arrived .Everything is perfectly to us, however if they could provide some cups / water heater will perfectly for us . The road drive in is narrow , small issues u just have to drive slowly. Thanks again the wonderful stay!
First of all, the amazing couple that runs the place! They are the definition of Italian charm- we talked mostly through hand gestures and google translate but they always had a smile on their faces and a want to help.To say we loved the views would be an understatement- the views are captivating- during the day, and also at night - as the property in the middle of nowhere (in a good way) you can see the stars at night! We stopped in the driveway every night .We loved the place, the magical peace we felt there- away from every city or town. It is a bit of a bumpy road to get there as it’s in the middle of land- so make sure to drive slowly or have an appropriate car.
Excellent property. Rooms are tastefully updated and decorated. Great host, very . The restaurant is very nice too. The location is amazing, great views everywhere and complete
You need to ride a few km in an unpaved road to get to the property, just something to be aware of.
The buildings and the place was amazing. There you can relax, walk ton to e nature, have a run it is secure. The food in the restaurant was very pleasant. Also by car at about 30 minutes there are many old towns to visit and to have a winery taste.
Small Room, difficult to have the suitcases open for two persons. There was no refrigerator. Small shower.
the property and the view is picture perfect
should offer hot bfast NOT croissant ham cheese salami, muffins etc....
Landscapes, great food and nice people!
We miss a kettle in the room, as we drink coffee and tea ! Was not easy to get a simple cup of coffee or tea.
Private land, old house but comfortable. The view is amazing.
If you are looking for a enchanting staying in the heart of Tuscany, then this is the place. The building is an old one, recently renovated, that transpose you in the magical sights of Tuscany.
Breakfast should be aligned to the standard for such villa. Additionally, the lady who take care of breakfast should be trained on basic hospitality rules.
Disappointed and not worth the money.
The bathroom shower has no door and uses curtains instead. There are insects and rates in the accommodation. The room not clean.
This was the most astounding property I have ever stayed at in all of my trips to Italy. It was like living in a dream overnight ! Oscar and his staff were impeccable and couldn't have done more to help me enjoy my stay ! The restaurant at the property had probably the best Italian dinner I have ever had !I arrived tired and hungry from a long day of photography, and within just an hour I was so happy I was there that I couldn't believe it.No question as to the cleanliness courtesy and peace found at this gorgeous agriturismo. Amenities and details were perfect.I am so happy I found this agriturismo away from the world and stayed there. It was such a good stay it might alone bring me back to Italy just to do it again....THANK YOU SO MUCH, OSCAR !!!!!
There was nothing to not like.
The location of this property is superb. If you are looking for greenery and serenity this is the right place for you.
We wanted to order something from the kitchen to be surprised that it is closed. They only open through reservation which we did not know about. This is challenging as the place is 15 mins aways from the center of the city. The bed was super not comfortable and I suddenly had back pain and then my husband realized that the bed is broken from the inside.
Tipical house on beutiful locatio, you can see countrside of Tuscany. View is wonderful. House is adapted for disabled people.
Quite a few cobwebs and dust, interior slightly neglected.
Great hosts great location and the dogo is the best mascot!!
A bit wear and tear but not a problem at all. I would definitely stay again!!
Gorgeous contryhouse in a nice location amongst the hills with great views of neighbouring towns. The room and bed was comfortable. The caretaker was very helpful and even carried our bags up to our room (first one in italy to offer to do so). Home cooked dinner and italian breakfast available on-site too which were both nice and quite cheap.
The TV would benefit from some English speaking channels or streaming services if your looking to relax. The shower is extremely small so it is a struggle even for average sized people.
