Location and room.

Breakfast was common, not very diverse.

Clean and tidy and good location.

At the breakfast the "multivitamin drink" was fully transparent liquid with a total taste of water. I bet it was only water but given as multivitamin juice.The apple juice was not completely transparent but a little bit yellow with the total taste of water.Maximum less than 1% apple content, maximum. Only for the faint color, not to be fully transparent.There was no other drink available at that time for the breakfast. The breakfast was for money.You should bring your own drink if you would like other than water for a paid breakfast.I guess the price difference between room with or without breakfast was 35-40 EUR by booking,com

Very clean room and big enough for 3 persons, staff was kind, very quiet hotel but in the middle of town and many restaurants near by, worth the price

This is a historic hotel fixed up. It is quirky but well done. Staff is great.

The spacious, clean room and the location. It's a very nice hotel.

I already paid via booking ahead of our stay. Upon arrival I wanted to pay only for the breakfast but they charged for the whole stay again (for a family of 5 it's no small amount). I did not notice this when I authorized the transaction, just found out the next day when we were out and about and my card was denied. This was very unpleasant. This was solved on the same day in the afternoon however, the amount was credited to my account only days later. I have no idea what would we have done if my husband didn't have his emergency card with him. And there was no apology whatsoever. It made me feel like this is common practice for them.Also, the 10 eur for breakfast was absolutely not worth it. Because of these two points I'm giving only 7/10. Otherwise it would be a 10.

Loved the location and the breakfast.

Did not realize there was a separate controller for the A/C unit, thus suffered in the evening. Tried controlling the temp with the unit on the wall, but it was no longer operational, just gave the impression it was.

Lovely staff, superb location opposite the cathedral, comfortable room, safe baggage storage facilities.

Disappointing, I expected better services and less charges per item needed.

Breakfast was good, with many options. The hotel is in the center of town, close to bars and restaurants. Free parking was a plus. The room was nice, with a nice balcony.

The pillows, which were not soft at all. At breakfast they do not serve decaffeinated coffee, even for additional cost.

The rooms were very clean, well organized, and spacious. The staff was very polite and helpful. The location of the hotel was right in the city center!

The price was a bit high but overall it was worth it.
