Hotel Du Lac

Our room was beautiful, large and very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. All of the staff was remarkable, friendly and caring!

no fault of the property; however we were without water the day of checkout which was a bit inconvenient. however from out understanding it was not the fault of the property

I loved the room ! So cozy and we had a sauna after cold swims in the lake. The gym downstairs is awesome as well! great breakfast

no kettle to make tea in the room , but its almost everywhere in Italy

Half board was surprisingly AMAZING. I'm surprised you don't have a Michelin Star yet! All meals were very delicious, great ingredients, masterfully crafted.

We have been visiting Italy for years and generally are not bothered by warmer temperatures in the rooms we stay in. However, with climate change, etc., it's beginning to get a little too warm to have NO air conditioning, a fan, or any sort of ventilation in rooms these days, even in for in the mountains. We slept with the balcony door opened during the night, which helped some, but there were a few nights when using blankets or sheets was impossible. Not a deal-breaker! We are definitely coming back here regardless of air-conditioning.

The location and the helpfulness of the reception staff was really good. I was also really impressed by the quality of the food both in the evening and at breakfast.

Apart from the lift being out of service on the morning of my checkout there wasn't anything else that I did not like.

Everything. The staff, the food, the atmosphere, the location. Everything was exceptional. Book the junior suite with sauna you will not regret it!! We have been travelling around Europe for 2 months and this was by far the best hotel we stayed in. We wished we could have stayed longer.

Lighting in room was dim

Wonderful family hotel where one can really have rest!Hotel is located basically in town, but thanks to own garden and proximity to lake shore gives the feeling of staying within nature.The staff cared and did everything to make guests feel best. Room was comfortable, clean, with great quality beds and linen and magnificent views over the lake. Hotel faces the road, but nights were quiet - there is no traffic at night, we slept well with open windows. Dinners included in HB were delicious and cooked with quality, the size of portions surprisingly consistent, only once we asked for additional portion and were immediately gladly provided.Had lunch on menu several times, as well, and it was fine. Staff gave all the advice we asked for and all were useful. We later stayed in different area in a higher category hotel and perhaps twice more expensive but service was worse and therefore the rest.All in all, everything is always about people!Highly recommended!

All was great.

The breakfasts were generous and varied - amazing freshly squeezed orange juice and fresh pastries and the additional option of any type of egg made to order. We opted for half board and the dinners were incredible - what an amazing chef, and well worth the cost of £100 each for 5 nights for the 4 course meals. We had thought that the hotel was right on the lake, but there was a road separating it from the lake. However, the location was central with easy 5 minute stroll to the lake and main village street and square where free concerts were held at night.

Not much - just not right on the lake, and no SKY to watch Wimbledon.

Honestly the best place we could have stayed! Hotel and pool was beautiful and clean, food was incredible and staff were so accommodating for us (late check in and early breakfast arranged with ease). They also recommended a guide for hiking and he was also incredible. Really could not recommend enough.

Great location, comfortable room, delicious breakfast options & very helpful staff. Parking available for our car & a secure room for our e-bikes.

The welcome we received from reception was lovely. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Our view from our window over the lake was perfect. The restaurant is gorgeous, and staff are great and serve you well. The grounds of the hotel are spotless, clean, tidy, nothing was out of place, it was just so good we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.We stayed in May so the cost was OK, not sure we could afford mid summer though as the price doubles.

Tasty food and gook breakfast and stunning views from balcony defiantly would return again and again

Place, servis, room all perfect. Dinner menu all delicius.

Perfect location. Breakfast and dinner were excelent.It was a nice surprise to found out about free transportation to the ski slopes.

A spa zone it would be a big advantage.

Amazing location within walking distance of the lake which was perfect as was in town to do a race. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. Would love to come back!
