So close to places that I want to explore.

The spa, restaurant, bar and rooftop relaxation areas.

It was very busy and some guest were loud

Amenities were awesome, staff was helpful and friendly. Great breakfast and dinners were wonderful. Hated to have to leave.

Room was a bit hot but opening the patio door resolved that issue.

Nice modern rooms, great breakfast, friendly staff and amazing location, especially if you want to go skiing. 20 mins by car to Ortisei to enjoy Alpe di Suisi or 25 mins to get to Santa Christina and do Sella Ronda tour ? Hotel has a good sauna which is a bliss after a long day in the mountains. We also enjoyed the restaurant/pizzeria in the hotel and staff working there ?

All was perfect ?

Location - outskirts of Chiusa, easily reached by car. Proximity of bike paths. Hotel parking. Spacious rooms.

Breakfast - few choices. Flies in the breakfast room. Cigarette smoke in the restaurant and in the lobby. Proximity of the road (hotel is literally at the road, next to a gas station. Staff unsmiling, with frosty attitude.

It was clean and well presented. The staff were friendly. The location was quite convenient for parts of the Dolomites and getting to Innsbruck if you wish to visit Austria.

The location was quite noisy as it’s on a main road, but the rooms are quite well sound proofed if you keep the balcony door closed. Also we didn’t realise there would be no food available on a Sunday as the restaurants were closed. There was nowhere in the area to eat food.

Lovely atmosphere and really nice Wellness area?

A bit loud, there was a bar at the Property and it was a bit loud in the evenings…

everything: location, staff, parking, breakfast, jacuzzi on the roof and the restaurant as well.

Excellent breakfast! Great variety of bread, cold meets, cheese, cereals, juices, different sorts of milk, bubbly.... Also warm breakfast available. The roof terrace facilities are fab! 2 whirlpools and lots of sun chairs.Small but nice pool in the garden.The hotel is very clean!

I was surprised that the hotel was situated at a main road with heavy traffic. Maybe I should have looked better, but this was not clear to me from the pictures. The windows in our room were sound proof so we did not hear the traffic, but on the big balcony it was quite noisy,Obviously, the location of the hotel also meant that we could reach all destinations very easily.

Location was great

The staff were not great, we wanted to upgrade our room, but that was not allowed. All rooms were without air- conditioning so you had to open the balcony door for ventilation. If there were people smoking, it was second hand smoke into the room unfortunately

The classic rooms are smaller than described on Booking and really loud with the busy road just below the hotel. There is no AC so it can be a challenge if you like the quiet. That being said we were travelling with our baby and when we explained that the room was way smaller than described on Booking the staff was really helpful and moved us to a bigger and renovated room. In those rooms you have AC and new windows that really lessen the noise of the road. The new rooms are really confortable and beautifully decorated.The breakfast was really good and the restaurant downstairs cheap and convenient

Brand new beautifully decorated, friendly staff, loved the hot tubs on the roof top! Great location. Will return!

Liked everything

Breakfast was fantastic, we had everything that we desired. It was very diverse, and tasty. Location also was very good, it was near the city center and hiking trails. Everyday we went skiing to Ortizei by car, it was still convenient distance. Although the windows were facing the road, the room was very quiet and cozy. And of course we liked the SAUNA especially every night.

Breakfast was exceptional, like all other services. Location is half hour distance driving from Val Gardena. Restaurant and pizzeria onsite, very good food. Shelves for skis. Family business, very client oriented.

The hotel looks newly renovated, the rooms are clean and the bathrooms are great! They have a nice sauna, jacuzzi, pool which were always empty when we were there but there are a lot of options to relax in the hotel after a long day of hiking. The pizzeria downstairs is very convenient also.
