Cityhotel Goldener Adler B&B

There are two sections of the hotel- one older and one section updated and modern. Our family had a room in each section and enjoyed both rooms. The breakfast was one of the most plentiful and delicious that we have had while traveling and the staff was extraordinarily kind. We enjoyed the spa but to our surprise it was a Turkish bath so be aware. The hot tub was more warm than hot but the sauna and steam room were great.

Lovely hotel with clean well appointed room and comfy bed. Was so nice to have underground parking. Location was great and easy walking to enjoy the shops and restaurants. Breakfasts were amazing. Would love to stay there again.

The only reason not excellent in facilities was because the handheld shower head disengaged with the cord and caused some issues.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. I was with a group of 4 and our bed rooms were completely separate allowing privacy. One room had a private patio. It was completely updated and everything was extremely clean. The breakfast was a delicious and quick allowing us start off our day of hiking bright and early. Staff extremely nice and even made us freshly squeezed juice. Highly recommend.

Great breakfast spread in the morning. We stayed in a newly renovated room and it was really quiet and cosy. Soundproofing was great, bed was comfortable!

The shower door is quite hard to open to get in and out of the shower. Not sure if it's unique to our room only.

Parking is accessible. There are plenty of spots around the hotel.The Wifi is good (50-60 mbps), with a stable connection.Breakfast with many delicious choices.

The breakfast was very fresh, especially the freshly squeezed juice.The balcony had a view of the castle, church, and snow-capped mountains, which was beautiful.The local restaurants recommended by the hotel staff were great.

A little too much people in the breakfast room at the same time. I was asked to leave my breakfast table after a while and sit in a corner of the room because it came more people. This could probably be managed better by the staff by making an assessment of needed breakfast space in correlation to amount of visitors at the hotel. I think it is a nice manner to let the customers stay at the same table throughout their breakfast, instead of making them move from their table. It is simply nice and decent manner. Beyond that, the breakfast was very nice and some adjustment toward "nice manner skills because of an assessment in needed space in relation to visitors" would make it absolutely delightful. The place is a good location, very close to the shops and restaurants. The room was big with two double beds and very comfortable and clean. Driving to Ortisei and Val di Funes is maximum 30 minutes.

The room was big and comfartable and the bathroom was hugh. The breakfast was rich and tasty with a pleasant place to eat and with great stuff.

The wifi didn't work in the room (only in corridors and lobby) and the reception didn't handle it.

The hotel has a very nice decor. The rooms were great with all the facilities. We got a modern built room and found it spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast had a good spread and was delicious too. The location is very ideal too
