Hotel Andechserhof & Mountain Sky

This was probably my favorite hotel of our two week vacation across northern Italy. It was tucked up in the hills and had a very authentic Dolomiti feel to it. The multi course dinner was very reasonable as well.

We had a beautiful stay at the hotel. The staff were so friendly and accommodating and the rooms are beautiful. We stayed in the new building and it was lovely- the infinity pool was a nice touch after a long day of hiking!My family loved the breakfast and dinners- a very wide variety of offerings (and always something for me, a vegetarian).

First of all - great staff. All of our questions before arriving were answered quickly and in a polite way. Second of all we were surprised how big the hotel is. There is the "old" and the "new" building, connected with an underground tunnel. And in general - we were more than happy to have stayed here. The staff is great, the location is good, the food (both breakfast and dinner) was great, parking was without any problems, the room was very good and we even got great tips on where to stays when moving to our next hotel. Definitely recommended.

We loved the location of the Hotel. The food was good and the rooftop pool exceptional. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom of our room was outdated and needs refreshing. Our dinner on the terrace outside was somewhat spoiled by the view of all the cars parked in front.

Great hotel, staff was amazing, room was large and comfortable. Bathroom and especially the shower were small and could be more modern . Shower was tight . Breakfast was nice

Rooms are functional but not charmingPool opening times are very limited (2pm to 7pm) making it hard to take advantage of when you are out and about visiting the area, however staff is flexible and opened on request

We had a wonderful experience. The staff was so kind. The room was very comfortable and loved our large patio. The breakfast and dinners were great as well. Would highly recommend.

The pool area is great, with such beautiful view. They let us enjoy it even after check out. It's very good value with breakfast and dinner included. Great selections for breakfast and dinner. Short drive to ortisei where the cable car takes you directly to the amazing view of Seceda.

The location is good. Staff is warm and friendly. Room is spacious and comfortable. Food is nice.

The only little issue is that there seems to be a house for goats across the road. It was lovely to see those animals coming home from the slopes at the back of the house in the evening, the slight smell of goats in the morning when we opened the door to the porch was not entirely to our expectation as we were more inclined to breathe in trees and plants which were all around us.

The pool and sauna was really great. Enjoyed so much the view from the spa area. It was really near the fancy places of Val di Gardenia but at the same time was quiet and relaxing. The staff was really helpful and supporting.

Personnel was great, informative and always there to help us. The room and hotel was spotless clean, spacy and the breakfast had everything. The dinner which we had in the hotel was better than anything we had tried in Ortisei and Selva di Val Gardena.Overall we had a great experience and would definitely visit again.

Its 15 minutes by car from Ortisei and 25 minutes from Selva di Val Gardena, which should be taken into consideration when doing a ski holiday. Other than that, the hotel exceeded our expectations.

Where do I start from? The place, the views, the hospitality and amazing staff, amazing food. It was an amazing experience at this hotel but cannot forget to mention the help and support my family and I received from the owners and staff when we need medical assistance. Thank you

The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The food was amazing, and super value for money. The kids loved the buffet breakfast, and the infinity pool was a big hit

Very nice hotel with nice view, nice stuff, good breakfast and dinner, fantastic warm pool. They were very nice to us especially to our kid. Very recommended! Would stay there more.

Great dinner and location. The hot and open swimming pool is very nice. The underground garage is great for taking the baggage in and out. Wish I stay there for longer.
