The host was great and was very helpful getting a reservation for dinner

Uncomfortable bed. Shower door not working well, water leaking onto bathroom floor after every shower

Hotel is situated next to Lake Alleghe and our room had a great balcony with gorgeous views over the lake and mountains in the distance. Could not have been better! Easy parking here and 2 mins drive to free parking at telecabin. Staff were exceptionally friendly and very good English spoken. Breakfast with good coffee and a view of the lake. Good value for money.

Room furnishings a little basic but this is a good value hotel

Location is nice by the lake,l. Rrom was better tgan expected, large enough for 4 people. Bare in mind we were most if the day on ski tracks.

But you still need car to get to the ski lift, it us not pissible to walk 500m in ski boots or carry ski equipment.Also breakfast was fine but there us room for improvement. We"ve missed mortadela. ? Also pacakes should be warm (not served fro the delovery box).

the view of the lake from the hotel roomif you are in the vicinity of dolomites and don't care about anything other than a bed, shower facilities and breakfast, this place will be just nice. Don't expect too much.Parking was available but the hotel staff charged us 12 euros for the parking fee.

interior of the rooms looks more like a motel and furnitures were pretty old and the hallway was pretty dark as the buttons to the lights were near the lifts and it switches off very fast (probably heard me scream a few times that day)didn't have any kettle or water bottles provided in the roomThere is also a tourism tax that has to be paid.Hotel was pretty overpriced at close to 900 SGD.Staff wanted us to give a good review for an exchange of the free hotel voucher at a nearby location.Hotel review on booking.com did not match the actual hotel rooms

Maria's service is impeccable, very attentive and polite, always willing to help. The hotel has a great location, with a wonderful view of the lake. We will definitely be back in the summer. We definitely recommend the hotel!

The view from the balcony was amazing. The staff were friendly.

The floor were noisy while walking. (Stretching sound of wood) The room and the furnitures looked very old. (High time to change their carpets) The lift was extremely slow and old. Breakfast was bad (very few options) Room lights needs to upgrade, Bed lights were spoilt. (Room was extremely dark) Toilet floor were wet.

The location of this hotel is really great.View from hotel room was absolutely stunning.Also staff were super friendly and helpful .They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable. In one word - spotless.

The hotel is situated right along the throughway of the northern entrance of the town of Alleghe so can be (very) busy. The woman at the desk was very friendly. The room was very old fashioned in style, but in general fine and the two bath rooms clean. Breakfast was served in the small restaurant next to the entrance. Incomparable to more modern and fresh accomodations, but done in a genuine and friendly manner by the Italian cook/waiter.If you're in the area and just care about a bed, a shower and some breakfast (which includes a lot of sweet bread rolls and cake), this place will be just fine. Don't expect luxury though.Parking was possible at a small parking space at the waterfront right across the road in front of the hotel and costed an extra fee of 10 or 12 euros.
