Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The restaurant was very good and stayed open quite late. Parking was easy and free. The location was excellent as well. I liked the smart lobby area too.

If I were seeking perfection I would say it could be helpful to have a safe deposit box in the room.

I had a bed to sleep.

- Took 30 minutes for check in and 15 minutes for chek out.- Toilets in the lobby extremely dirty.- Room smelled like a combination of ancient furniture and cigarettes smoke.- No ironing machine.

Hotel easy to find. Polire personal. Enough parking places. Adequate breakfast. Comfortable bed.

All sockets were hidden behind furniture. Wifi did not work

The location of the hotel is nice and staff was great.

This hotel should be closed for renovations. As soon as you step into the lobby, you smell and see the filth. The smell of ⁷ is so strong and gross the air is horrible in the hotel. Constant smell of disgust. Carpets are all ripped, the decorations are ancient and the smell of smoke pf cigarettes are so string in the room. Had to go walk outside. I would NOT recommend this hotel for anyone all the furniture is ancient, and the bathroom looks pretty gross.

Very nice, clean, classic style hotel. Great location. Good size rooms, comfortable bed, good facilities. We stayed 1 night on a driving tour of Romania. The prices were also very low.

Working hours of services like gym and sauna is very limited, and I never had a chance to use them but I paid extra choosing this hotel because of them. Also staff is barely speaks English.

Very good breakfast with variety of delicious food. I chose the hotel because of its location next yo the parc and close to shopping and my extended family's residence. I like the hotel’s old style, clasic architecture. It was important for me to have handicap access because I had with me a family member in wheelchair.

Limited choices for lunch and dinner. Many items from the menu not available. Broken things in the room couldn’t be repaired due to no handyman on the premises (bathroom door handle/lock, window shade.

The place was really nice inside and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I arrived at 5am due to my flight and they still let me book in and even upgraded me to a double room for free as they didn't have a single.

Water pressure in the shower was poor when having it on hot so couldn't have a proper shower while there.

I did not like that even though theoretically by paying for a room I had access to the SPA, when I arrived at 3:45PM the staff said that in weekends they have short program for SPA until 4PM. That is totally illogical, it doesn't make any sense to have a short program in the weekend when you have more customers.. Very disappointed that I could not use the SPA. Without the SPA, the value for money is not great at all.

Spacious room and overall, good value. The restaurant serves very good food and has very good prices. Great view from the balcony. I appreciate the ashtray on the balcony, most places make me feel discriminated for being a smoker :-).

The room looked like in the 90's, which was ok for me. It didn't feel immaculate, but clean enough for a one day stay. The shower door was a bit loose and the shower was a bit leaky. Also, the controls did not work very well, they really need some maintenance. The light in the bathroom was very low, and almost non-existent while in the shower. Overall, it's negligible, but not if you plan to spend more than 1-2 days.

The room was extraordinary: spacious, well organized, very large bathroom, equipped with jacuzzi, bidet, bathrobes, etc.Very kind staff, very good food.

A mention would be the fact that on the lower floors the view towards the mountain is blocked by buildings, but it is an insignificant inconvenience compared to the comfort in the room.
