Hotel Urban

We got the "apartment", basically a suite with a separate sitting area and bedroom. It was on the top floor, and the view was amazing. Breakfast was very good as well.

Location, clean room, great breakfast and friendly staff.

Room was spacious, clean, comfortable and bright. We had the mountain facing view with 2 skylights that opened to fresh air. The room was in excellent condition, and the beds comfortable. Was perfect for traveling with a toddler. The breakfast was superb, all the traditional Romanian breakfast foods, vinete, eggs, veggies, and a few sprinkles of American food. We will be coming back to visit again. Front desk has a person operating it and the door is locked after hours feels very safe.

Very well positioned, really nice staff and breakfast is offering enough options for the value. I always come back here with pleasure. Also, I always find parking right in front of the hotel.

The staff was very carreful; location near the center, restsurants, coffee bars; breakfast variate, verry good coffee. The bed is good, includung pillows; the shower is also good!

We liked the clean new hotel and rooms. Everything world well and was well maintained. The beds were comfortable. The staff were flexible in settings up a bed for our 7 year old son. The location is great and is walking distance to the old town attractions.

Our room 301 had only one small window. We would have liked two room keys so that one person could stay in the room with the power on while another could run an errand.

We only stayed one night, but the hotel staff was very nice and the premises and the room very clean. The breakfast had plenty of choices already displayed and kitchen orders are also available. The location was perfect for our short stay since it's right in the center and it was easy to find decent restaurants around. Free parking was available, the room had a small fridge (without freezer) and air conditioning.

Everything was great! The staff is so nice and welcoming, and so helpful! Room was very clean and comfortable, everything went smoothly :)

Amazing staff. Amazing location. Amazing breakfast. Plentiful parking. Home away from home. The next time we visit Baia Mare, we will definitely stay at Hotel Urban.

We returned to this hotel for a third stay in the past couple of years. The staff is friendly, the room is pretty nice and the breakfast is pretty good.

We didn't manage to get any kind of late check-out, not even an hour or so.The only late check-out option was if paying for an extra night.This was quite disappointing, but it is what it is...

Very cozy hotel! It was very clean and staff was very polite and nice! I ll definitely come back next time.

The staff went above all expectations to help us see local attractions and provide us with little extras for our stay. They also opened the dining room early for breakfast so we could catch our train.

Nice new hotel, great location, excellent staff and very good amenities. I would definitely come back here. 100 meters from the old city center with lots of restaurants, clubs and anything you would like. Not too many stores around for midnight shopping - and the only one open, about 200 meters away, would only take cash. Other than that minute detail... the perfect stay.
